用戶體驗2018年預言解讀

年底將近，各行各業的設計師又可以短暫擺脫一下上級和甲方，很多人選擇了能多遠滾多遠地獨自喘口氣，還有一些勤奮的同行則又開始思考人生，大量的總結和觀點就應運而生，每年閱讀這些思考人生的文章，就成為我每年年底的保留娛樂節目。今年閱讀了來自uxdesign.cc、Adobe、Prototypr等在內大概12篇，並隨手做了一些筆記，算是一份讀後感，如果你實在沒有精力來閱讀這些文章，這篇簡短的總結或許能幫你節省一點時間。

對UX層面的趨勢，提及比較多的主要有以下幾項：

  1. 自然交互：語音交互、聊天機器人
  2. 生理識別：人臉識別、指紋識別
  3. AR/VR
  4. 更加智能的個性化用戶體驗設計
  5. 聚焦內容的用戶體驗設計
  6. 設計協作/設計體系管理工具
  7. MAI（Mood As Interface）：情緒交互
  8. Synesthetic ：基於聯感的體驗

其中的1-3項是從去年就已經開始的趨勢，在2018年甚至未來的數年內，還將繼續延續和深化的行業趨勢，基本上都屬於AI在用戶體驗領域的進一步落地應用。4-6項是以前有些提及，但今年出現頻率更高的主題。而7-8項則屬於第一次出現的全新主題，在2018年這些很可能不會成為主流，但也許再過幾年，他們會象如今的AI一樣炙手可熱。

對於更具體的UI設計趨勢，有印象的主要包括以下幾項：

  1. 更大膽的配色
  2. 注重字體設計
  3. 漢堡包的減少
  4. 扁平化的熱點不再

以上只是列出了主要的關鍵字和主題，如果想了解更具體和深入的闡述，建議還是去看看原文。文末附上了12篇文章的題目、鏈接和要點，可以點擊題目打開原文。沒有翻譯主要是原文更能體會作者的理念，很多文章翻譯後如同白水，更重要的原因是——沒那麼多的時間！

這12篇中，個人覺得讀後能開智的有兩篇：一篇來自一直推崇的uxdesign.cc，從2016年開始，uxdesign.cc每年年底都會推出一篇The State of UX的宏文，篇篇精品，順手摘抄幾句今年的金句：

2018 will be the year where designers will, not without struggle, learn to be more strategic about the features, screens, and experiences they design. It』s about time we accept the fact we are not artists and embrace being part of a business.

2018年，設計師還需要繼續奮鬥，在功能、界面和體驗設計中，學會更多考慮戰略和業務層面的因素。現在，我們必須認清一個事實：設計師不是藝術家，我們必須擁抱並成為商業的一部分。（筆者譯）

另外一篇值得一看的文章來自Chase Buckley，感覺在業內並不是很知名，也不是來自大公司，自稱UX佈道者、可用性先知。寫得不多，但每篇看完後感覺他是穿越時空，看見了行業的未來。僅靠三篇長文，在medium上獲得近3000個粉絲。
