TKT筆記（教學是一門科學）：unit 29 ,老師的角色

做老師不容易，幸虧有像 @崔冕 這樣的人在做著教師培訓，我有幸在四月份從公眾號「巴別塔知道他們在做一個公益讀書會，書名叫做《the TKT 劍橋英語教學能力認證考試教程》「簡稱TKT」,」,這門讀書會的參與方式是，塔主3周21天，每天更新一個視頻，總共講了21課，把整本書32章全部講完，當然不是逐字逐句。

自己開輔導班從教半年，教學方面啟發最大的兩個人，一個是 @UncleW ，遼寧錦州青藤學校的創始人，我的理科（特別是數學物理）教學培訓的思路基本受他影響、

另外一個是塔主崔冕了，塔主崔冕的英語能力我是非常佩服，差不多是我一輩子可能達不到的高度，特別是在閱讀和口語，唯一能稍微感覺能望其項背的可能就是語法或者辭彙，當然幸虧我還年輕，而且人不是什麼都能比的，幸虧我還搞點哲學。

這個塔課的學習方式，是在跟誰學，看塔主的視頻，和其他的在線教育差不多，但是塔主的區別在於，他不是做ppt一張一張很快地跳，在加上非常有表現力的颱風演講。而是一本書，從整體拆分，先帶我們讀最實用的，module3，第三大塊，課堂管理。

她的教學方式，也是我非常心嚮往之的教學方式，一邊一句一句的帶著學生讀，在遇到一些個人有發揮的內容的時候，在提出自己的經驗。比如上課做活動，70個人其實也是可以做的。還有一些非常有思想的話：

the best time to prepare the next lesson is when this lesson is just over.備下節課最好的時機是這節課結束的時候。

unit27 塔主第四課

老師的角色：

1 、上課要採用不同的手段，塔主的話「百搭才是王道」

during a lesson the teacher needs to manage the activities and learners in the classroom in different ways.

this means he or she needs to behave in different ways at different stage of the lesson .

these different kinds of behacior are called "teahchers roles.

2、老師的角色有如下（上課、下課都有角色，而且上課有很多角色的混合，下課亦然）

2.1planner（學習計劃者、規劃學者） prepares and thinks through the lesson in detail before teaching it so that it has a variety and these are appropriate activities for the different learners in the class

2.2informer（信息傳達者） gives the learners detailed information about the language or about an activity

2.3organizer（課堂組織者）organises the learning space,makes sure everything in the classroom is running smoothly and sets up rules and routines(thing which are done regularly)for behavior.

2.4monitor（監控者，使課堂照著我們的方向走，及時看出學生的問題所在）

goes around the class during individual,pair,and group work activiies,checking learning

2.5involver（課堂活動參與者）

make sure all the learners are taking part in the activities(有時要凶，有時要溫柔）

2.6parent/friend,偶爾做朋友，很多時候做老師

comforts learners when they are upset or unhappy(這個真的得學，這個有些不行，今天就發生了這樣的事情，這個女孩子，

2.7diagnostitian，（學習問題的診斷者，如醫生一樣）

is able to recognise the cause of learners activities(這個也很難，建設性意見，需要做的更多的是，還是得不斷地了解的，信息有限。需要不斷地檢測，有時上課，做題都是為了，診斷，先把問題找到）

2.8resource（學生的知識的源頭，在信息時代這個不太可能，應該更多地是方法提供者和方法培訓者）

can be used by the learners for help and adbice(好像和diagnostition有點像）
