項目位於中國南京市溧水無想山南小劉家渡。基地周邊環境優美，主要自然景觀為水塘田野。基地上現存若干房屋，分別為一至三層的民宅及一層的農舍用房。

The project is located in Liu Jia Du, Wuxiang Mountain Southside, Lishui of Nanjing City. With beautiful environment of the site, the main natural landscape is the pond field. There are a number of existing houses on the site, several houses under three stories and an one-story-farmhouse.

此次民宿改造項目，意在研究民宿3.0時代的運營和設計思路。

This B&B renovation project aims to explore B&B 3.0 operation and design methodology.

通過對中國市場的研究和預判，我們提出第二課堂的主題概念。希望在城市之外，創造回歸大自然中進行原生態感知和學習的親子活動空間。

Through the research and prejudgment on the Chinese B&B market, we propose the concept of the Second Class. Outside urban life, we try to create a parent-child family union place for ecological perception and education.

我們通過對基地水塘環境地理特徵梳理，提煉出環境的脈絡關係。然後將此脈絡延續到基地內部，並與基地的建築及公共空間發生關係，得出完整的場地脈絡圖。

結合現存房屋質量評估和完整的場地脈絡圖。我們對基地現存建築群進行合適的拆除，並重新設計了更符合場地功能及脈絡走向的新建築。

To study geographical conditions of the site, we re-organize the context of the environment. By introducing the water features into the site, the landscape has a close relationship with the building and public space, forming an integrated context map of the site.

Through existing housing quality assessment and considering context conditions, we dismantled properly and carefully a few existing buildings on the site, and redesigned the new buildings that are more suitable for the existing functions and the future needs.

在新的建築組團關係中，我們用夯土牆界定出脈絡的邊界，順而形成了九個形態不一的院子。九個院子因其地理環境和空間尺度的不同，呈現出九種不同屬性的場域。

In the new building cluster, the earth rammed walls define the site boundary, thus forming nine different courtyards. Because of the different geographical environments and scales, the nine courtyards provide nine different properties of fields.

結合親子活動的民宿主題，我們賦予了九個院子不同的主題性格，分別為：觀星，摘火，壘石，讀水，席書，識花，想樂，野田，棲樹。以提供不同的親子教育需求。

With the theme of a parent-child family place, nine courtyards have different themes and functions: stargazing, camping, rocks-stacking, water, reading, planting flowers, playing music, farming, treehouse. In order to provide different needs of parent-child education.

九個院子彼此區隔，又自由互通，可根據活動需求進行分合搭配使用.

The nine courtyards are separated individually but still interconnected according to the needs.

夯土牆圍合而成的院子群，彷彿是大地田野的生長延續。白色的房子架空漂浮於夯土牆之上，彷彿是田野之上的朵朵白雲，在天地之間，和廣闊的水田，共同構成一幅雲野的畫面。

The earth rammed wall courtyards look as the extend of earth field. The white house seems floating above the rammed earth wall as white clouds one the sky, together with the fields forming a beautiful watercolor painting.
