敘利亞外交官悲憤陳詞令人心碎，當國家貧弱時，你的雄辯都是那麼無力

最近，敘利亞駐聯合國大使巴沙爾·賈法里（Bashar al-Jaafari）的一張照片刷屏社交網路。

這張照片拍攝於4月10日，在美英法打擊敘利亞前幾天。彼時他臨窗而坐，低頭沉默不語。

發布賈法里照片的臉書主頁並不是他自己的主頁，是網友為了感謝他的努力創建的。

在9日的聯合國會議上，他指出，對伊拉克大規模殺傷性武器的調查已經進行了18年，但是啥都沒找到。

This commission didnt find anything after 18 years of investigation or examination. They didnt find any chemical weapons. They didnt find Coca-Cola or Pepsi Cola.

經過18年的調查和檢測，聯合國特別委員會什麼證據都沒找著。 他們沒有找到任何化學武器，也沒找到可口可樂，沒找到百事可樂，啥都沒找到。

賈法里怒斥以美國為首的國家借謊言發動戰爭，搞亂別的國家和地區，現在又想找借口打擊自己的祖國敘利亞。

Through lying, these countries are trying to defeat Syria, and prepare the ground for aggression.

通過說謊，這些國家還想擊敗敘利亞，而且為侵略找借口。

他憑一己之力，舌戰群儒，想要努力阻止自己的國家遭到軍事打擊。

不過在他開始發言的時候，美英法駐聯合國代表早早轉身退場了。

對於賈法里的慷慨陳詞，中外網友們也表達了自己的敬意：

願上帝賜予你力量來帶領我們。我們對你為敘利亞所做的一切表示感謝，堅強起來，保佑你。

作為一名中國人，我對敘利亞人民在過去幾天所經歷的事情表示遺憾。正如中國人民在一個世紀前所經歷的那樣，那些妄圖劫掠的歹徒總會找到「合理的」原因。願世界再無戰爭！

但他的努力沒能阻止自己祖國戰火的蔓延。

4月13日，美英法三國聯合對敘利亞發動了空襲。

More than 100 cruise missiles, launched from warplanes and gunboats, struck three Syrian facilities: a scientific research centre used to produce chemical weapons near the capital of Damascus and two military bases further north.

戰鬥機與炮艇發射了超過100枚巡航導彈，打擊了三個敘利亞境內設施：一個是位於首都大馬士革附近，用於製造化學武器的科學研究中心，以及另外兩個北部的軍事基地。

The UNSC meeting came after a massive missile strike on Syria was launched by the US, the UK and France. Washington and its allies unleashed the bombardment in the early hours of Saturday morning in retaliation for the alleged 「chemical attack」 last week in the Syrian town of Douma, which the Western countries immediately attributed to Damascus.

賈法里犀利地指出，美國希望別的國家都服從其意志，不然就要遭到打擊報復。

「People of the world follow the path of the United States, and submit yourselves to the will of the United States. If not, we will attack you.」

「全世界都要追尋著美國的道路，臣服於美國的意志。若有不從，我們就打擊你。」

法國代表聲稱，此次三國對敘利亞的打擊，代表了國際社會。賈法里憤慨地質問道，他們到底是代表了哪個「國際社會」？

Which 「international community」 is spoken of here? Are you speaking of a real international community that actually exists? Has that community authorized this tripartite aggression to my country? Did your governments receive a mandate from the international community to attack my country?

你們說的到底是哪個「國際社會」？你們是在說一個真真實實存在的「國際社會」嗎？這個國際社會授權你們三方對我的國家進行聯合入侵了嗎？你們是得到這個國際社會對我國開展打擊的許可了嗎？

他說《聯合國憲章》旨在維護而不是威脅世界和平與安全（maintaining the international peace and security rather than threatening it）。

他拿出三本《聯合國憲章》，建議英法美三國代表好好學學，治治自己的無知和專橫。

I have three versions of the United Nations Charter, two in English and one in French. Perhaps these three states should reread what the Charter actually says.

我有三本《聯合國憲章》，兩本英文的，一本法語的。或許，這三個國家需要重新誦讀憲章，看看它真正說了些什麼。

賈法里神情堅定地說，導彈、飛機、炸彈都無法阻止敘利亞人民決定自己的命運。

Their missiles, planes and bombs will not weaken our determination to defeat and destroy your terrorists.

他們的導彈、飛機、炸彈不會削弱我們打敗和摧毀你們這些恐怖主義（指美英法）的決心。

These will not prevent the Syrian people to decide their own political future without foreign intervention. I will repeat this a thousand times.

但是，他認為這次對敘利亞的打擊，向恐怖主義傳遞了信號：

This aggression is another message from these three countries to terrorist groups, encouraging them to continue using chemical weapons in the future, for them to continue committing their crimes. It is not only about Syria, but other countries. There is no doubt about it.

此次侵略是美英法三國想恐怖組織傳遞的另一個信號——鼓勵他們未來繼續使用化學武器，繼續自己的犯罪行徑。受害的不僅敘利亞一國，其他國家也跑不掉，這是毫無疑問的。

To the three aggressors, I say that you are liars, you are spoilers, you are hypocrites, who were trying to exploit the Security Council to justify a policy of interference and colonialism.

這三個侵略者，要我說，你們就是騙子、攪局者、偽君子，你們利用安理會做擋箭牌，實則奉行的是干涉和殖民主義的政策。

賈法里說，就在發動襲擊之前，美國國防部長馬蒂斯還表示美國並沒有證據證明敘利亞當局對人民使用了化學武器。

可在幾小時後，美國國防部長和國防部參聯會主席就在媒體面前喜形於色，但可悲的是，面對來自媒體的正當問題，他們卻語塞了。

他戳穿了這些國家的虛偽面孔，說他們是叢林法則的奉行者：

These countries have shown their belief in the law of the jungle and the law of the strongest surviving. But they are also permanent members of the Security Council, a body which is trusted with the maintenance of international peace and security.

可以見得這些國家是叢林法則的信徒，崇尚弱肉強食，而他們同時竟還是安理會這個維護國際和平與安全的機構的常任理事國。

他讓在場的各位代表設想，如果安理會在本次會議同意了對敘利亞的攻擊，那將會是怎樣一番討論：

"We have no legal basis for attacking Syria. We have no proof of the existence of this chemical weapon attack in Douma. But lets forget about that, put that all aside."

我們對於攻擊敘利亞毫無法理依據。關於杜馬鎮的化武攻擊，我們毫無證據。不過，沒事，先別管這些了。

"The important fact is that we never really need it. In any military action we carry out, we never really need international law."

反正我們也不需要證據。反正每次軍事行動，我們都根本不需要遵守國際法。

"This military attack is necessary for us and our allies, so the public in our country can turn their eyes away from our own political scandals, and the emirates and Gulf will pay the price, all to protect the terrorism weve seen for years in Syria."

此次軍事行動對我國和盟友至關重要。這樣國內輿論就不會盯著我們自己的政治醜聞了，讓阿聯酋和海灣國家付錢吧，而敘利亞境內肆虐多年的恐怖勢力也就保住了。

賈法里設想的這段對話，極具諷刺意味，同時也充滿了悲憤。他看著自己的國家淪為霸權國家的棋子，備受欺辱，他奮力反抗、呼號，卻無力扭轉局勢。

從落後挨打中站起來的中國人民對這一境況感同身受：

據報道，中方在14日對英法美三國襲擊敘利亞做出了回應，稱這種單邊軍事行動違反了國際法。

同一天，俄羅斯在安理會起草了旨在譴責對敘利亞進行軍事打擊的決議草案，中國是三個投了贊成票的國家之一，不過草案並未通過。
