Never Shall Be Forgotten by the People

On 21st February 1848, the Communist Manifesto, written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, was published in London. This agenda, ignored at that time, was approved by the people during the waves of the European workers』 movements. It pointed out how absurd and evil capitalism is, described the great tentative idea of Scientific Socialism, pointed out the route for the human development in the future and let the dawn of truth and the flame of the revolution spread around the earth.

To this day, 21st February in 2018, 170 years have passed ever since the publish of the Communist Manifesto, which really makes us cheer for this great literary work. However, the reality made us disappointed. The Communist Movement had experienced several twists and turns in 170 years. How many Communist Revolutions had failed under the huge pressure of the reactionaries! The hell on earth caused by capitalism described by the Manifesto, to this day, still exists in this world, just around us!

In 1949, The People』s Republic of China was proclaimed, the Chinese people finally stood up from the history of humiliation. However, facing this new-born people』s regime, Mao Zedong said however:

「In China, although socialist transformation has in the main been completed as regards the system of ownership, and although the large-scale, turbulent class struggles of the masses characteristic of times of revolution have in the main come to an end, there are still remnants of the overthrown landlord and comprador classes, there is still a bourgeoisie, and the remoulding of the petty bourgeoisie has only just started. Class struggle is by no means over. The class struggle between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie, the class struggle between the various political forces, and the class struggle between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie in the ideological field will still be protracted and tortuous and at times even very sharp. The proletariat seeks to transform the world according to its own world outlook, and so does the bourgeoisie. In this respect, the question of which will win out, socialism or capitalism, is not really settled yet.」

You may consider these things as all sensational. But in China today, you are not able to disagree the fact that the reactionaries had already begun invading our society. These oppressors, who once humble themselves, began regaining the power now. Even the 8-hour Day Movement--Exchanged by the workers in Chicago with their blood-- now is ashamed of those who have an ulterior motive. Those blood-handed oppressors, lifting their strap, came back once again; These Chinese people, with chains around the body, begin to carry 3 huge mountains once again. What a tragedy it is!

However, there is always an end for the night, the dawn is near! The reactionaries may oppress us once, and we may be struggling for the existence of the group by the oppression of the reactionaries, but the truth won』t be wiped out, it is the Sword of Damocles which overhangs the reactionaries. The reactionaries probably think that they are able to twist Marxist theories into an excuse for their exploitation, that they can defame the original essay and publish their own twisted logic and named them as 「Ideologies」 and 「Doctrines」!

However, people are unable to be killed, the revolution is unable to be stopped, and the communists are unable to be scared! We would reborn if the spirit against the oppression still lives on! The human shall live on, the spirit of human shall live on!

Therefore, in this moment after 170 years, I, we, and the people we represented as, would like to present The Internationale to reactionaries over the world. The Internationale, will unite the human race! Maybe we will not be able to see it, maybe our successor won』t be able to see it. But it IS there. As long as it is there, we will eventually success. It shall never be forgotten by us, and it shall never be forgotten by the people!
