1.確認你的產品在中國是不是化妝品:

Special use products refer to 10 items, hair growth(育發), hair dye（染髮）, hair perm（燙髮）, hair removal（脫髮）, beauty breast（豐胸）, body fitness（健美）, deodorants（除體臭）, UV protection（防晒）, anti-spot（祛斑） and whitening（美白）.

According to the place of origin, cosmetics will be divided as imported products and domestic products.

進口品與國產品的分類很簡單，根據化妝品最後一步的生產程序完成地點來分，一般最後一步是灌裝，如果在國內灌裝就是國產，進口品同理。
