英國結婚配偶簽證：申請條件+資料+攻略

夫妻雙方中其中一方為英國公民，或者持有英國永久居留權，或者在英國避難，或者正受到英國人權保護，其中另一方可以考慮身親供應國結婚證簽證。2012年英國移民政策經理重大變更，英國全面提高外籍配偶移民英國的標準。

申請英國結婚配偶簽證的條件：

1、申請人為非歐盟國際人士

2、申請人需要年滿十八周歲

3、夫妻關係必須是真實並且為官方認可（已結婚或同性結婚/在戀愛關係下同居2年/已訂婚）

申請英國結婚配偶簽證的資料：

1、填寫完整並簽字的簽證申請表

Completed and signed application form

2、署名簽字的護照(過去所有的護照)

Passport with signature（all past passports）

3、簽證費 Application fee

4、申請人兩張近期護照照片Two recent passport sized photos

5、英國擔保人警察局註冊信的複印件， 勞工紙的複印件，簽證及護照頁的複印件

Copy of PRC, copy of work permit, copy of visa and passport pages of the Sponsor in the UK

6、結婚證書（如果是非英文需要公證或者翻譯）如是非首次結婚，請出示離婚證明

Marriage certificate （must be notarized or translated if not in English）Divorce resolution if married before

7、擔保人在英國的在職證明Sponsor』s employer letter

8、擔保人近6個月工資單/銀行月結單 擔保人納稅情況 P60

Sponsor』s pay slips/bank statements for the latest 6 months/ Sponsor』s P60

9、住宿證明,房主同意讓申請人住宿的證明

Evidence of accommodation (mortgage agreement or tenancy agreement or owned property) must be accommodated with letter of permission of living in that property.

10、獨立房屋報告 Independent property report

11、兩方聯繫的證明， 比如信件，EMAIL， 電話單，郵局的記錄或者銀行匯錢的記錄

Letters between applicant and sponsor(or other phone bills, photos, emails, chatting records, post records, money transfer records etc)

12、孩子的出生紙(如已有孩子)

Birth certificate for children if applicable

13、無犯罪記錄的證明( 成年人)

Non criminal record（applicable for adults）

14、戶口本Family book
