little，few,many, much 用法

little，few,many, much 都是表示數量的代詞，在句中多作定語，有時也作主語和賓語

大致用法如下

例題

Much money has been wasted that way.

大量的錢財就那樣浪費了（作定語）

I had a few words with him yesterday.

昨天我跟他談了幾句話（做定語）

Many (of us )voted against the plan.

（我們）許多人投票反對這個計劃（作主語）

I know little about it .

關於那件事我知之甚少（作賓語）

另外：

（1）quite a few 表示「相當多」

There were quite a few foreign students in our university

（2）many, much 主要用於疑問句和否定句，肯定句中多用a lot of 等短語。但是many，much常用在肯定句句首

We learned a lot of from the book .

Many people want to help them in the work.
