It goes without

saying that if recipes must be of certain nature , it is equally important that

the consumer be aware of what to buy and what not to buy. It is not uncommon

that whole families something go on the same diet (for the most part )as the

patient with psoriasis. Of course, it is easier if there are only two people

to consider, such as husband and wife .

It is even easier if the patent lives alone. Whatever the case may be , the

refrigerator should be stocked with as many of the permitted food items as possible

and absent of the foods to be avoided.
