一次信用卡被盜刷的經歷

1、發現被盜刷，第一時間先掛失

發現異常交易簡訊後，馬上電話掛失，避免進一步損失。

2、聯繫銀行，啟動追討流程

通過銀行信用卡客服轉接風險管理部門（一定不要是普通客服，而是風險管理部門），否認該筆交易，要求銀行進行下一步的處理。

然後銀行會花費約8個小時進行確認，確認完畢給我電話，告知後續的流程：

1. 報警並取得報警回執
2. 帶身份證、信用卡以及報警回執去當地分行營業部確認
3. 確認後該筆消費掛賬，不需要還了，然後等待4個月左右的追討

銀行的答覆基本滿意，畢竟有清晰的行動路徑。

報警後，到了派出所報案時蒙b了，接待的民警同志需要我先提供銀行蓋章的交易賬單才予以立案，問題是銀行沒有到賬單日無法提供這筆交易的賬單，此路不通啊。

於是再次致電銀行，銀行早已經料到有此結果，告知如果派出所不予立案，你可以手寫一份聲明，說明報案過程以及不予立案的理由並簽字即可（早知道還去派出所幹啥）。

3、找到商家，要求退款

按銀行流程可以解決，但是絕對不是效率最高的辦法。最終快速有效的解決辦法：（在等待銀行確認的時間裡）直接訪問產生盜刷消費的網站，找到客服郵箱，發郵件說明問題，要求退款。比如我這次被盜刷的網站是http://ledsupply.com，於是發了郵件：

Subject: 【Importance】Unauthorized Transaction in LedSupply

Hi LedSupply,

Last night(Nov.16,18:59), I』ve found out there was an approved payment of my credit card ( total amount $3312.95) occurred in LedSupply website: http://www.ledsupply.com,

however, I have NEVER EVER given authorization to this payment( which means for sure this payment wasn』t done by me, the cardholder), yet I have NEVER visited this website before since I STAY in China (all the time) and had NO experiencing shopping(or visiting) in http://www.ledsupply.com;

Here are some information of my credit card :

Name: xxxx

My VISA ending in : xxxx

The City of my billing address is:xxxx

Total Amount of this order in Ledsupply: $3312.95 (there was another payment made right after this payment, but was declined by the bank)

I』ve already talked to my bank about this case and the bank suggested it would be easier to solve it if I reached LedSupply to cancel the order.

So Now, I』m ASKING you please take time to investigate what is happening to my credit card, DECLINE this transaction and CANCEL the order.

儘管仍然不知道為何卡片信息會泄漏，但可以採取手段提高安全係數，比如：

1. 停掉網購功能
2. 將美元額度降為0
3. 更換晶元卡
