大家好,

今天我們來討論兩個主題,第一個是關於提取免費的評價。

很多朋友來問我,有沒有什麼「安全刷單渠道」 沒有100%的安全渠道,這個誰都不能保證,保證也是假的。

所以我覺得大家可以考慮從現有的訂單來邀請評價,因為客戶是安全模式來購買我們的產品,這個操作基本上是 0 風險,而且我們可以跟客戶溝通,可以提前發現產品的問題,然後如果客戶有意向留差評可以直接跟他溝通,解決問題,然後溝通嘗試拿個好評。

我們有一個產品,本來每天有 10-20單左右,然後我們通過這個辦法基本上可以拿20-30%的好評,不說多,一個月30-50個評價可以,而且是免費,就是需要給客戶發站內信息,客戶會覺得我們特別關心他,確實真的

,但是我們的目標的讓客戶給個好評,好的feedback 和判斷如果客戶想留個差評直接溝通。

確實我們拿到差評大部分的願意是客戶對產品不滿意,然後很多客戶懶得發信息溝通,大部分要麼退款,要麼差評,所以我們已定需要給客戶發個信息,我們下面有三個模板,客戶購買的時候,收到貨的時候和10之後。這個流程比較自然。如果通過這三個郵件還不行我們也沒辦法,不能打擾客戶,但是我覺得大家可以嘗試一下,肯定優惠一點效果。

最後個提醒,記得產品需要好,如果產品質量一般我們會提醒客戶留個差評,本來客戶買了,不太好就算了,但是你還來要求給個好評。。。。。所以大家注意!

第二個事情是我們現在會開始講Facebook的運營,因為亞馬遜現在競爭力越來越大,通過渠道就那幾個,刷單,CPC,秒殺,等等,但是Facebook可以帶來很多好處,我們同時可以理解這個社交媒體品牌!
