The second day of legislative conference launched out successfully. Most of the delegate progress today, it is a good tendency. But there are also some problems during this session.

At the beginning of the conference, delegates discuss about whether agree with the homosexual couple raise children or not. There are 5 delegates stand on the stage to express their recognition. First of them give a summary about the things happened yesterday and when the half of their speaking time passed, he begin to express their main idea for the today』s topic. The other four people all repeat what happened yesterday. They waste time on something worthless and it will influence proceeding of the conference.

There is another example either. When nearly 40 minutes pass, delegate begin to talk about the pathway for the homosexual family to raise a child. Take the delegate as an example, he said that I agree with the idea of the delegate (who speak in front of him). Even 3 person in this motion have the statement like that. This make the conference go forward slower and the content of this session is insufficient. The main reason why something like that is the delegate do not have enough preparation for the conference and some of their idea just be prepared during the meeting. Or they have already prrpared in Chinese, but they can not speak Englsih as fluently and impressively as Chinese do. So they do not have enough confidence to support their idea. One of the conference without conflict which means it is not successful.

In the session there are 2 motion was failed. There is a similarity for these two motion is that content of it is difficult to understand. This cause the topic debate is simple and do not have too much benefit for the proceeding. The delegate should debate on something complex and can make the conference more efficiency.

So I hope the delegate will have improvement in the next session.
