如何用英語寫投訴信

投訴信的目的是為了讓對方了解你所碰到的問題，繼而提出你對解決問題的要求與期待。因此在進行投訴信寫作的時候，要特別注意實事求是，要簡明扼要、客觀，切勿誇大其詞、小題大做。

投訴信寫作的重點在於三點

· 對投訴問題的提出，一般是服務的問題或者商品質量的問題；

· 對投訴的主要理由的陳述；

· 你對解決問題的方案和提議，甚至是解決問題不利的可能後果。

文章架構

· 首段：自我介紹+寫作目的+引出投訴的內容

· 主體段落：詳細說明投訴的具體問題、投訴原因，以及你所期待的解決方案，甚至是解決不利的可能後果等內容，要注意寫作內容要客觀、詳實

· 尾段：總結內容，期待儘快解決問題並期待儘快的答覆。
