Read more books
Sit in silence for at least 10minutes each day
Sleep for 8hours
Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day-&while you walk smile
Do not compare your life to others . You have no idea what their journey is all about
Time heals everything
Do not take yourself so seriously;no one else dose
Do not waste your precious energy on gossip
Envy is a waste of time .You already have all you need
Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.Do not hate others
Make peace with your past so it will not spoil the present
No one is in charge of your happiness except you
However good or bad a situation is ,it will change
Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed
Call your family often
Each day give something to others
What other people think of you is none of your business
Life is not fair,but it is still good .Enjoy life.
