讀Facebook的招股書，有何感想?

（1）讀到有關中國的幾處不知該傷感還是等待

「Forexample,accesstoFacebookhasbeenoriscurrentlyrestrictedinwholeorinpartinChina,Iran,NorthKorea,andSyria.」（中國、伊朗、朝鮮、敘利亞不讓進）

「Forexample,wecontinuetoevaluateenteringChina.However,thismarkethassubstantiallegalandregulatorycomplexitiesthathavepreventedourentryintoChinatodate.」（想進中國）

「ChinaisalargepotentialmarketforFacebook,butusersaregenerallyrestrictedfromaccessingFacebookfromChina.WedonotknowifwewillbeabletofindanapproachtomanagingcontentandinformationthatwillbeacceptabletousandtotheChinesegovernment.Itisalsopossiblethatgovernmentsofoneormoreothercountriesmayseektocensorcontentavailableonourwebsite,restrictaccess,blockourwebsite,orimposeotherrestrictionsthatmayaffecttheaccessibilityofFacebookforanextendedperiodoftimeorindefinitely.」（還想不出來怎麼進中國）

（2）眼光和運氣真的太緊張了

2004年9月，Facebook創建才幾個月，天使投資人PeterA.Thiel投入了50萬美元，佔10.2%股份，顛末稀釋和減持至今另有2.5%的股份，若以1000億的市值謀略，代價約25億美元。這哥們還是PayPal連合首創人和前CEO。

（3）Facebook的辦理層險些都是名校畢業

招股書中共列出了12位高管和董事，除了眾所周知的哈佛求學生扎克伯分外，個個都有光顯的學歷和職業經歷。此中哈佛校友有5人，斯坦福校友有5人。
