systematic和systemic的區別

systematic和systemic這兩個詞很像，都來源於system，讀音很像，拼寫相似。其實二者的含義還是有很大不同的。

systematic指按計劃有步驟地進行。我們說「science」是「systematic」，因為「science」是按照特定的系統方法來有序地整理數據和事實。比如你打掃房間，先打掃卧室，然後打掃客廳，最後打掃餐廳，這樣就可以說是「cleaning your house systematically」。

如：

They went about their business in a systematic way.
systematic analysis
systematic study
systematic approach

而systemic指與整體相關或影響到整體。尤其是在醫學上，如果醫生告訴病人得了systemic infection，則指病人的感染蔓延至全身。

如：

systemic scleroderma
systemic sclerosis
systemic vasculitis

二者的英文解釋如下，區別一目了然：

Systematic is an adjective that is used to describe something as consistent, organized and well arranged.
Systemic means that something has or can affect the whole system.
