利用google獲得準確的英文表達，以下述例子說明

"經右胸小切口"如何表達？在google搜索框中輸入「經右胸小切口」和 right，得到through right minithoracotomy incision 這一說法，貌似正確。

繼續驗證，在google學術的搜索框中輸入"through right minithoracotomy incision"，返回6個結果，根據作者的姓名判斷，全部來自於中國人，於是考慮這一說法可能不地道。

接下，在純英文環境下進行驗證，把這幾個詞拆開來搜。

在google學術的搜索框中輸入「right」 和「minithoracotomy」 發現有很多含有 through right minithoracotomy 或 through a right minithoracotomy的結果。於是分別搜 「through right minithoracotomy 」 和「through a right minithoracotomy 」，返回的結果數分別是96和296，且後者的結果中根據作者姓名判斷，應該不乏英語母語人士。所以「through a right minithoracotomy 」應該是比較正確的說法。

最後可能還會有一個困惑，即minithoracotomy怎麼能和「胸小切口」對應？
