避免重複用詞/Child-Pugh (class) C/客觀反映

中文常用不同的詞表示同一個意思，而英文常常避免重複，舉幾個例子：

中文：雖然……，但是……

英文：Although……, ……[有了Although就不需要but了]

中文：此外，……還……

英文：in addition/moreover，……[有了in addition/moreover就不需要also了]

中文：除了……，其他……

英文：all……except……[而不是except ……，other……]

中文：包括……等

英文：including/such as ….. [不能寫成including/such as …..etc. / including/such as與etc.不能同時出現]

一般不說patients with Child-Pugh (class) C，而是patients with Child-Pugh (class) C cirrhosis或者Child-Pugh (class) C patients；總之，Child-Pugh (class) C在這裡相當於定語。

在英文中如果要表達「客觀反映了……」，這個「客觀」一般可以考慮譯成accurately，而不是objectively（有很重的中式英語味道）。
