單複數一致的詞以及用詞簡化列表

科技論文里有些常用的詞單複數一致，如下：

• literature (when referring to research)
• research
• equipment
• staff (referring to a group of people)
• faculty

科技論文要盡量避免用詞冗餘，力爭使文章簡明清晰，以下是我們常常出現的問題：

• research work （可簡化為：research 或 work）
• limit condition （可簡化為：limit 或 condition）
• knowledge memory （可簡化為：knowledge 或 memory）
• sketch map （可簡化為：sketch 或 map）
• layout scheme （可簡化為：layout 或 scheme）
• arrangement plan （可簡化為：arrangement 或 plan）
• output performance （可簡化為：output 或 performance）
• simulation results （可簡化為：results 或 simulation）
• knowledge information （可簡化為：knowledge 或 information）
• calculation results （可簡化為：results 或 calculation）
• application results （可簡化為：results 或 application）
• degree of severity (可簡化為：severity)
