英文中常愛用 「a」 ，其常常並非表達「一個」的意思，而是出於一種語言習慣。

• have an operation
• have a local recurrence
• have a family history of
• show a close relationship
• show a good correlation
• have an increased risk of
• have a significantly higher serum bilirubin level than
• patients with a confirmed diagnosis of have a good outcome

• a retrospective analysis is performed
• a questionnaire survey is conducted
• associated with a poor prognosis
• infants (gestational age ≤32 weeks) with a very low birth weight
• women with a scarred uterus
