例句：

An individual with leukemia, more particularly the chronic rather than acute forms, may not be aware of it unless, for example, a blood count is done.

詞語部分：

1、leukemia

Leukemia, also spelled leukaemia, is a group of cancers that usually begin in the bone marrow and result in high numbers of abnormal white blood cells. ——wiki

2、the chronic

實際為代指，翻譯時以表達出「患者」為宜

3、 aware與be連用，應使用形容詞轉換成動詞的翻譯技巧，翻譯為「意識到」

句法部分：

1、用順句驅動翻譯即可

2、it的指代應點明

翻譯：

患有白血病的人，尤其是慢性白血病患者而不是急性患者，可能並不會意識到自己患病，除非檢查血細胞計數。

其他小點：

1、根據強調內容不同，翻譯內容順序可發生變化；

2、英文省略部分，在中文表達時，有時應適當增譯。
