SCI雜誌投稿常見信件模板-Cover letter

年關將至，辛苦一年實驗之後是不是準備投稿雜誌了呢，可是說起投稿來又有很多很多的煩心事，要合理合適的說服editor和reviewers認可自己的文章少不了一番爭辯。鑒於這是發表文章不得逃避的一件事情，所以今天和大家交流下投稿信件那些事。

常見信件分為以下部分

投稿信（cover letter）

催稿信（reminder letter）

回複信（response/reply letter）

申訴信（appeal letter）

延時修回申請信（request for extension of the deadline）

作者順序更改信（author change request letter）

費用減免申請信（concession request letter）

撤稿申請信（withdrawal request letter）

給作者全文索取信（reprint request letter to author）

其中投稿信（CoverLetter）應該簡述所投稿件的核心內容、主要發現和意義，擬投期刊，對稿件處理有無特殊要求等（如「not to review」 list）。另外，請附上主要作者的姓名、通訊地址、電話、傳真和e-mail地址。此外有的雜誌要求推薦幾位審稿人及其聯繫方式。

各個雜誌對於cover letter的具體要求是不一樣的，在雜誌的guide for authors一般會有要求。如果沒有具體的要求，大家可按照通用要求處理。

Cover letter的寫法大致如此啦，一般寫cover letter的時候遵循模板就行，不會出太大的問題，後面返修的回信也就是response letter會顯得更加重要些。
