Chef Rogan has achieved incredible success at the top of British cuisine, gaining two Michelin stars at his Cumbrian restaurant, L』Enclume, where he farms and forages all manner of unusual edibles. For five nights only, Chef Rogan will showcase a unique 『miracles of nature』 menu at HK$2288 per person. The dinner menu will offer insight into the sensational dishes he has created at L』Enclume over the last 15 years, including new takes on his renowned classics and brand-new creations. All of Chef Rogan』s plates promise to showcase the tastes, textures and fragrances of the natural world by using ingredients of the highest possible quality, both farmed and foraged.

About Simon Rogan

Building a culinary destination in Cartmel in the southern Lake District, Simon opened LEnclume, a restaurant with rooms in 2002, followed by Rogan & Co in 2008. Developing his commitment to the area, since 2009 Simon has had his own farm just outside Cartmel.

He also opened Aulis London in October 2017: by day an experimental development kitchen and by night an intimate eight-seater chefs table. The return of Rogan』s two-year pop-up, Roganic in Marylebone followed, opening in early January 2018 to much acclaim.

Over the past 25 years, Simon has developed his distinctive and inventive cooking style that has led to awards, Michelin stars and worldwide acclaim

L』Enclume currently holds 2 Michelin stars, and was named Good Food Guide』s number 1 Restaurant from 2014 -2017. L』Enclume retained its 10/10 score and came in second place in 2018. Rogan & Co offers guests a more casual dining experience whilst retaining the

unparalleled precision and creativity of Simons famed culinary style.

In the AAs 2010-11 Hospitality Awards for excellence, LEnclume were awarded their highest culinary accolade of five AA Rosettes, one of only seven awarded within the UK. Also in the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Good Food Guides, LEnclume is ranked Number one in their list of best restaurants nationwide.

About Rafael Cagali

Originally from Brazil, Rafael started his career in London at the age of 21. Moving then to Italy to work under Chef Stefano Baiocco at Villa Feltrinelle where he spent over three

years. Growing in his career, decide to go to Spain to work for Chef Quique Dacosta and Martin Berasategui.

From there, he returned to England to join The Fat Duck by Heston Blumenthal to then

opening Fera in Claridge』s with Simon Rogan. Leading to Aulis in Fera, now the

head chef of Aulis London, a development kitchen and eight seat chef』s table for Simon Rogan.
