一個電子工程師干到年薪百萬是個什麼概念?

工作和生活難道難兩全?


我見過的是總工年薪百萬,開BMW7系。

沒見過他家庭生活是咋樣的,但知道這貨特別喜歡晚上開會,一般要到早上10點過後才能找到人(工作日),然後下午四點半下班前(國企,上班時間八點到四點半)如下午4:25的時候給下屬們來個電話說今晚開會,那接到通知的各位這晚上就別想11點前能回家抱老婆了……

非工作日也會來組織開會,但那基本是和高層們,還有中層的各部門經理。反正也是從早10點多待到晚上12點多。但他的精神面貌比我們這幫苦逼幹活的要好多了。


電子工程師,年薪百萬.貌似只能在外企達成,在這個收入等級上,此人的名字前面一般有Chief的稱呼了.單純做技術,很難拿到同等級市場營銷人員的收入.其實這個問題是個雞生蛋蛋生雞的問題,圖財就不要做技術,去做營銷和管理才是金光大道.雖然在技術領域,如果有幾項關鍵專利,也能賣很多錢,但不是凡人可以企及的嘛.

至於工作生活難兩全,這基本上是個偽命題?那些週遊世界的不靠譜窮光蛋都能被捧上天,我等既能賺錢養家,又是各種強大技術宅的攻城獅怎能工作生活難兩全捏?多培養一些業餘愛好,電子工程的用途無處不在,一旦工程師有幽默感和一顆不死的頑童之心,一切皆有可能.

唯一可惜的是,喜歡這一行的妹子太少了..


年薪過百萬朝11晚5的路過,博士畢業還不到一年,不過在美國,要想輕鬆只有做高效率腦力活。。。

? Interface Circuits –SPI, I2C, USB, …

Including the following functional blocks

? Gain amplifiers

? Bandgaps and references

? Temperature sensors

? Voltage monitors

? State Machines

? Real Time Clock

? Xtal Oscillator (Low Power-Low Jitter)

? Analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters

Power management applications include:

? Cell Phone

? Tablet PC

任職資格的具體描述:

Requirements:

? MSEE/BSEE degree with 10+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC development

? Hands-on design experience with BiCMOS/CMOS mixed-voltage custom circuit designs

? Must possess strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design and simulation

? Must understand placement and layout issues with respect to mixed-signal ICs.

? Consumer application experience a plus

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated leader, with leadership experience who is seeking to lead and grow a mid-sized team. The candidate must possess a strong desire to quickly direct technical staff and make technical and architectural decisions. The candidate must understand procedures and hold his/her staff accountable for following these procedures. The candidate will have the opportunity to direct the growth of this design center, work on new product definition, generate new IP, and work with and define new technology.
