於是在希臘，義大利被打爛個蛋.....

The Battle of Cape Passero was fought southeast of Sicily, resulting in British victory.

The British submarine Triad was shelled and sunk in the Gulf of Taranto by the Italian submarine Enrico Tazzoli.

The Greco-Italian War began when the Italians invaded Greece. The Italian 3rd Alpine Division Julia (Julia Division) invaded Greece from the Pindus sector. After its initial advance, the division was surrounded and virtually wiped out by the Greek army. In the aftermath, the Greeks were able to push back the Italians, advancing deep into Albanian territory.

Mussolini was in high spirits and told Hitler, "Dont worry, in two weeks, it will all be over." Hitler wished Mussolini the best of luck and refrained from expressing any disapproval, though after the meeting he fumed to his inner circle that what Mussolini had done was "pure madness" and that he should have attacked Malta instead.

The British occupied Crete and began to mine the waters around Greece.

Italian forces invaded Greece in several columns. On the extreme Italian right, the coastal group moved south in the direction of Konispol with the final aim of capturing Igoumenitsa and thence driving onto Preveza. In the central sector, the Siena Division moved in two columns onto the area of Filiates, while the Ferrara Division moved in four columns against the main Greek resistance line at Kalpaki with the aim of capturing Ioannina. On the Pindus sector, the Julia Division launched five columns aiming to capture Metsovo and cut off the Greek forces in the Epirus sector from the east.

The Greeks recaptured Samarina from the Italians. On November 3, the Italian spearhead was surrounded from all sides. The commander of the Julia Division requested from the Italian headquarters relief attacks and Italian reserves were thrown into the battle. Thus, Visconti Prasca sent forward the Bari Division to its aid, but it was unable to reach the cut-off Italian forces.

希軍從意軍手中重奪薩馬里納。11月3日，意軍的前鋒被四面包圍。Julia師要求意軍總部救援，意軍後備軍加入戰鬥。因此，維斯孔蒂·普拉斯卡派出Bari師救援，然而援兵仍然無法聯繫上被切斷的意軍。

Within less than a week, the remaining Italian troops in this sector were in roughly the same positions they occupied before the declaration of the war.
