Tame Me

"Good morning," said the fox.

"Good moring," the little prince responded politely, although when he turned around he saw nothing.

"I am right here," the vioce said,"under the apple tree.

"Who are you?" asked the little prince, and added, "You are very pretty to look at."

"I am a fox," said the fox.

"Come and play with me," proposed the little prince. "I am so unhappy."

"I connot play with you," the fox said. "I am not tamed."

"Ah! Please excuse me," said the little prince. But, after some thought, he added:"What does that mean- tame ？"

「It is an act too often neglected,"said the fox."It means to establish ties."

"To establish ties?"

"Just that," said the fox. "To me you are still nothing more than a little boy who is just like a hundred thousand other little boys. And I have no need of you. And you, on your part, have no need of me. To you, I am nothing more than a fox like a hunderd thousand other foxes. But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me, you will be unique in all the word. To you, I shall be unique in all the word...."

」早上好「小王子禮貌地答道，儘管他回過身沒有看到人。

」我在這，蘋果樹下」

「你是誰？你好漂亮啊！」

「我是只狐狸。」

「過來和我玩吧，寶寶不開森。」

「不行，我沒有被馴養「

」額。。。什麼是『馴養』？」

「是通常會被忽略的舉動，馴養就是建立關係」

「建立關係？」

「是的，對我來說，你和其他成千上萬的孩子沒什麼不同，我不需要你，對你來說，也是一樣。但如果我們建立關係，我們就會彼此依賴，會成為對方不可替代的一部分。。。。。。」
