生命質量從哪裡來？

什麼是有質量的生命呢？

最近總是反覆思考這個問題。或許，是因為近幾年身邊的親人、朋友、和自己的一些親身經歷，及周圍環境的變化。讓我對每一種生命的存在有了全新的審視和定義。

如果，我們把生命比作是某一種能源體，而它只會在所限定的時間內散發出不同程度的能量，發揮著大小不同的作用，而這種能源，一旦達到所限定的期限，它便會從有形的存在化作無形的虛無。同理，我們每一個人與世的存在，又何嘗不是同樣的道理呢？

正如：我們的生命，由生到死，不過也就是「來得沖忙，走得及時。」無論在這段旅程中經歷了多少大的事件，它都是有期限，有定數的。以前，我們一直排斥宿命，認為命運是完全受人掌控的。其實，也不完全是，其中有一部分成分，是以人之力所不可扭轉和改變的。古言所說的：人的前生後世，是有因果循環關聯的，一個人今生所受的難，必是前世所欠的債。也就應證了：「三分天註定，七分靠打拚」之說的「三分天命」。

「人生本就苦難多多，何不好好幽它一默」？與其為了一些小事去分辨，還不如多規劃一下該走的路，多去做一些有價值有意義的事情，多去創造和營造一些有能量有質量的環境，多做些積極的、快樂的、且利他利社會的事情，多儲備些自身的生命能量，活出生命的質量。

其實，我們要做到利己本已需付出多半艱辛，若想要做到利他、利社會更為不易，尤其任重道遠。所遇的每一道荊棘都需要去跨越，所面臨的每一次挑戰都需要去應對。

那麼，生命的質量究竟從何而來，又在哪裡體現呢？顯然，它是由生命能源中所儲存的有效能量積累而來的。

我們去做一件善事，人的體內就會散發出正面的能量，而整個生命能源體也會發光發亮，然後帶動你本身以及周圍的活性磁場相互作用，這時，人的精神是飽滿的，情性是跳躍的，心情是歡愉的，此刻，所聚集的活性成分，就是有效能量。

我們讀一本書，好的內容便可激發出體內潛藏的積極能量，使大腦和神經活躍膨脹，促使人的生命能源體吸收外在的力量，來壯實生命的活性。

我們痴迷某一種行業，從不知所以的去探索，到發現某些訣竅和奧秘，我們本身所能體會到的剖析和破解之中的神秘和喜悅，它會升華到一種「守得雲開見月明」的豁達。此時，兩者的關係所衍生的是另一種相互通靈和共同作用的有效能量。

前者是施，後者是取，再者是相互作用。最後卻都是獲得，都是充實自身的能源細胞。那麼，你所累積的每一種有效能量，在無形中就成就了你的生命質量。
