Sleep Cycle』s Sleep Quality score is affected by two factors: * Sleep quantity * Frequency of movement The more you sleep and the less you move, the higher Sleep Quality you will get. Sleep Quality will be calibrated the first nights using Sleep Cycle, and the value will be more and more accurate over time. We are currently researching the next version of Sleep Quality, with factors such as waking up in the middle of night, % deep sleep, number of sleep cycles etc. affect the value.


我發現只要睡的時間足夠長就可以了。我的100%記錄是睡了9個多小時達到的。一般睡7-8個小時都是80%左右。這個百分比基本上和睡眠時間成正比,睡眠質量影響並不太大(也有可能是個人睡眠質量比較穩定)。總之要讓百分比高,還是要督促自己多睡會。
