針對一個外國人的「西方人的習慣性惡意」的反駁。

他以中國素質教育問題為入口，故意忽略我國教育的基礎背景和目的，否定中國的現實教育成功；然後用人的素質差別或表現來否定國內企業管理，進而來兜售針對中國企業的管理諮詢服務。

這是一個討論和批判了很久的老故事。如果僅僅是這樣，我認為你根本沒有理解中國的教育體系；

這裡你犯了兩個錯誤：

1、不了解中國教育；

2、在不了解的基礎上，隨意批判中國的教育；

關於中國的教育：

1、你忽略了中國的公民教育的基本訴求：足夠低廉、是否能找到工作；

2、你忽略了過去30年里中國的現實基礎和國家教育的目的:培養大量受教育人群，服務於大規模工業化.

3、你忽略了中國國家教育的應對未來競爭的方式:中國的方法是：培養大規模的標準人力，讓他們在社會上進化，而不是像西方在學校里養成。

它背後的的原因：

1,中國人口多，我們的政府暫時無力承擔過高的素質教育成本，而只能專註於普及形式的基礎教育；

2,中國可以基於人口多，讓他們在社會中進化，篩選出足夠的高素質人才；這部分人帶領了中國成為世界強國；

警告：

1、如果沒有深入了解，請不要隨意用聽來的東西代表你。這樣會讓我們覺得你作為一個西方人，表現得很傲慢。

2,各個國家有各個國家教育的基礎背景、特點、目的，如果不理解，請尊重它。

3、教育和國家發展並沒有絕對的關係。比如：你無法忽略時間。中國才發展30年，西方世界200年...它們有足夠的時間去沉澱、總結，也有足夠的資源去投入...我們沒有。
