柴油發電機組增壓器的使用壽命

　　為了保證柴油發電機組增壓器的使用壽命，在設計上要保證對增壓器浮動軸承的潤滑和冷卻，同時，在使用中要求做到：　

　In order to guarantee the service life of the turbocharger of diesel generator set, the lubrication and cooling of the floating bearing of the supercharger should be guaranteed:　　1、柴油發電機組起動後應怠速運轉3-5分鐘，不要立即加負荷，以保證增壓器的良好潤滑。主要原因是增壓器位於發動機的頂部，如果發動機起動後增壓器立即開始高速運轉，就會導致機油壓力未能及時升高給增壓器供油，造成增壓器缺油損壞，甚至燒壞整個增壓器。　　1, diesel generator set should be idle after starting 3-5 minutes, do not immediately increase the load, to ensure good lubrication turbocharger. 　5、定期檢查各連接部位是否有鬆動漏氣或者漏油現象，回油管是否通暢，如有應及時排除。
