2017年8月19日的小作文要關注柱圖和線圖（動態為主）。大作文要關注社會類話題。一些小話題要特別留意，比如藝術，政府，傳媒和工作類話題

1.年假的利弊（工作類）

Employers should give their staff at least 4 weeks holidays that can help people do better in their job. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

2.政府是否應該投資藝術（政府類）

Some people believe that government money should be spent on important things rather than arts such as painting and music. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

3.名人與慈善（社會類）

Some people believe famous people』s support towards international organizations draws the attentions to problems. All others think celebrities make the problems less important. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

4.電視節目24小時播放的利弊(傳媒類)

In some countries, television programmers are transmitted throughout the day and night. Some people think that 24-hour television transmission is a positive development, while others think it is negative. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

5.科技與創造力（科技類）

Leisure is a growing industry, but people no longer entertain themselves as much as they used to because the use of modern technology has made them less creative. Do you agree or disagree with the statement?

6.是否應該納稅（社會類）

Some people think we should keep all the money we earn and not pay tax to the state. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

7.年輕人富有卻不開心的原因和措施(社會類)

In some countries, young people are not only richer, but also safer and healthier than ever before. However, they are less happy. What is the main reason about this might be? What can be done for this?

8.父母和孩子犯罪（犯罪類）

If a five-year-old commits a crime, should the parents be held responsible or punished? What is the age of the child do you think parents should not take the responsibility?

9.能源消耗快的原因和措施（環境類）

Consumption of the world』s resources (such as oil, fresh water. etc.) is increasing at a dangerous rate. What are the causes of this increased consumption? What can people do to reduce it?

10.科目決定權（教育類）

The subjects and lesson contents for children are decided by the authorities, such as central government. Some people think that teachers should decide these for students. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion.
