In the modern world, we』ve been isolated from the true operating mechanism very much. We can only know the end point connected us, instead of the whole process pipeline. We』re just in the case that we』ll think the rice grows in supermarket without any knowledge about land. We only know the money comes from your boss, from the company you』re working for without any interest about customers and market. We only know the knowledge comes from the existing books, papers or webpages without caring the naive trial and error process to generate knowledge. We』re restrained by our own incorrect perception.

When we talk about money, we don』t know any real details of its routine. We play a screw role in a big company machine. It』s one old observation without anything new. But the horrible part is we can』t step further to change or improve the situation we』re in. At beginning, we may notice that there』s one constrain that we may ignore. As time goes on, we』d adapt this in our central feeling and identity. The constrain will be part of ourselves. Executive ability, sharp sensitivity, and information asymmetry are the core parts to get profits. We hear them, but never understand them based on our own practice. The fear of uncertainty stops us in the front of the hallucination wall. We can』t move and jump over, but just waste our own efforts, talent on the indirect restrained limited important issues.

The following deduction is how we treat about the knowledge. One big part of the uncertainty fear comes from the lack of information, or knowledge. We consider the beginning business as the grass root field without class. Usually, we may disdain the unprofessional behaviors in grass root business. We think we can do better based on our own education degree or knowledge accumulation. Yes, it may help. But mostly, it won』t.

When you enter into a new field, it means there』s no existing knowledge provided for you. Any of your creative efforts will lay the foundation of this domain. Embarrassingly, you just can』t. Any tiny creative process will be your burden. Your intuition just rotted away. For any writer, the process of generating book is obvious and valuable. The books are not written in linearity. It evolved from discrete ideas, which constitute separate short papers first. Then, those normal papers will be organized systematically to shape into a monograph to lay down the infrastructure of this new field.

The whole process is the same as startup. You may think everything is provided already, you may think you need to absorb those ideas step by step. Guided by those hallucinated experience, you』ll explore this world by your so-called high level method. But it』ll only bring frustrations instead of progress to you. What you need to do most is guessing and trying, which has been removed from your teacher.

Things and perceptions have been distorted. The ladders connecting the real life have been buried.
