Kickstarter發起人需要滿足什麼條件？

目前，在美國、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞、紐西蘭、荷蘭、丹麥、愛爾蘭、挪威、瑞典、德國、法國、西班牙、義大利、奧地利、比利時、瑞士、盧森堡、香港、新加坡、墨西哥、日本，滿足以下條件者均可在Kickstarter平台上發起眾籌項目。

-18及18歲以上。

-上述國家或地區的永久居民。

-以個人名義、或者以個人所代表的法人單位的名義發起項目。

-發起人需要提供個人地址，銀行賬戶和政府簽發的身份證，並在該地發起項目。

-如以個人名義發布眾籌項目，所用銀行帳戶必須屬於其個人。

-擁有個人信用卡或借記卡

18歲以下的只能與符合上述要求的成人或監護人合作運行項目。成人需要通過身份驗證，使用成人銀行賬戶信息，並承擔完成項目的責任。

Project creation is currently available to individuals in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mexico, and Japan who meet the requirements below.

—You are 18 years of age or older.

—You are a permanent resident of one of the above listed eligible countries.

—You are creating a project in your own name, or on behalf of a registered legal entity with which you are affiliated.

—You have an address, bank account, and government-issued ID based in the country that youre creating a project in.

—If running your project as an individual, the linked bank account must belong to the person who verified their identity for your project. —You have a major credit or debit card.

People under the age of 18 can launch projects only in collaboration with an adult or guardian that meets these listed requirements.
