To Be A Product Manager

Although I』m not in the mood of working this week, I can say it』s a productive and challenging week. We redesigned the app structure and came to an agreement on UI interaction. Since we are having Chinese New Year Holidays in Feb, there』s not much time left for us if we want to publish the first public version.

But one thing I』m sure of is that we all want to make this product great. As a product manager, I』m also taking a look at team』s status, and so far it』s been very positive. So I』m really excited to build a brand new product as the namecard of our startup.

What I』m pondering

As I mentioned in the monthly review, I also worked with my friends on a side project during weekends. When I finished every day』s work, and started working on this side project, I feel tired and want to get rid of it as soon as possible.

When I think about it, it』s not I』m not interested, I』m just not able to be 100% engaged in the project. The quality of my work won』t be satisfying, and if I keep doing like this, I may screw up all my work.

I』d rather spend some time with myself learning what I love, being lost in my own world and enjoying the weekends.

Giving up is always never easy, but it』s better to focus on one thing at a time.
