注意這裡用過去時didnt, 而不用dont. 因為現在他已經知道了, 是剛才不知道.

而後半句里的were則可以替換為are, 因為現在也仍然是active的.

體會一下這幾種時態組合.

I didnt know you were still active

I didnt know you are still active

I dont know you are still active

I dont know you were still active

以上4種從語法上都是可行的, 並非從句一定要和主句保持時態一致.

但只有1,2符合這個語境.

如果是3的話可以說I dont know if still want to go. 如果是4的話可以說I dont know you lied to him.
