小詞 | "Just live with it."

場景1

老師上課時

用投影屏幕放PPT

結果不知為何

屏幕寬度總顯示不對

上課時間很緊了

於是他就說

「I have to live with it.」

然後接著講課了

這句話在這個場景中的意思，就是「這個屏幕顯示調不好了，就這樣吧，大家將就著看看，我接著上課，不耽誤大家時間了」。live with sth 是一個短語，類似的說法還有：Just live with it. 先來看看 Oxford Dictionary上的解釋：

Eg. I cant change the situation so Im going to have to learn to live with it.

live with it 的對象可大可小，小到沒法弄好的手邊小事，大到無法改變的生活現狀。
