有的時候，最大的敵人不是傷害你的人，而是那個鏡子里的人，那個你凝視著的人...放手，如果你足夠愛自己...

一不小心寫成心靈雞湯了...

其實，只是想說，在英語里想表達自己還可以說the person in the mirror...

這一招很管用哦。
