如何評價唐納德?川普當選總統後的100天？

根據他葛底斯堡的演講一條條對唄，下面是他明確提到的前一百天要做的事，我每條按10分打，看最後完成百分之幾

關於整頓政府

* FIRST, propose a Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress;

* SECOND, a hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health);

7/10，這個比較虛

* SECOND, begin the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on my list, who will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States

10/10，Gorsuch通過提名

* THIRD, cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities

10/10，停止對庇護城市的資助

* FOURTH, begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel visas to foreign countries that wont take them back

10/10，開始清理非法移民

* FIFTH, suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur. All vetting of people coming into our country will be considered extreme vetting.

5/10，開始了extreme vetting，但是被法院阻攔

除此之外川普還有10項立法承諾，像醫改，基礎設施建設都在這裡面，需要和國會配合完成，也不是一百天完成的了的，因此不參與計算。(部分媒體拿這一塊評判，但總統是行政首腦，不是立法者，這10個法案川普只能是推動者而已)

川普除此之外在國防，外交，反恐方面也有不少成績，在安全問題上出現了一些失誤，但你並沒有跟選民承諾這些，不參與計算。

綜合以上川普明確提出的前一百天要完成的事情，川普完成率約為80%，良好。

應該再按重要性和難易程度加權重。加完之後會發現：簡單的事情都做了。重要的事情一件沒做成。
