謝邀，看題主舉的例子（並沒看過辛普森的一家），感覺英文兒歌可能是題主想要的，當然不是像小星星的那種，比如：

至於真正的英語嚴肅文學範疇內的有韻的詩實際上相當的多，只不過從Walt Whitman 才開始提倡詩的極端自由（無格律、無韻）。當然無韻詩比如像《哈姆雷特》《失樂園》等也是存在的。

在英文詩中，所謂押韻是指在某兩行詩的最後一個音節中的母音完全相同（如果是複合母音或者母音後帶有輔音也必須完全相同）。

當然也有些例外，比如貧韻，貧韻分為兩種，第一種是assonance，只有母音相同，後帶輔音不相同，這有點像漢語詩歌里的-ing和-in通押。舉個栗子：

Frost at Midnight（節選）

Betwixt the tufts of snow on the bare branch

Of mossy apple-tree, while the nigh thatch

還有一種叫alliteration，是只有輔音相同，母音相同，類似於中國的-ing與-eng通押，例如：

Frost at Midnight（節選）

Heard only in the trances of the blast,

Or if the secret ministry of frost

然而在西洋詩中韻腳的位置也與傳統中國詩不太相同，在傳統中國詩中都是偶數行押韻（第一行也有可能），但是在西洋詩中會出現大致三種韻式：隨韻（rimes suivies)：第一行與第二行押韻，第三行與第四行押韻；交韻(rimes croisées)：第一行與第三行押韻，第二行與第四行押韻；抱韻(rimes embrassées)：第一行與第四行押韻，第二行與第四行押韻。以此類推。

比如：

The Destruction of Sennacherib（節選）

The Assyrian came down like the wolf on the fold,

And his cohorts were gleaming in purple and gold;

And the sheen of their spears was like stars on the sea,

When the blue wave rolls nightly on deep Galilee.

這是隨韻

又如：

Ode to the West Wind（節選）

O wild West Wind, thou breath of Autumns being,

Thou, from whose unseen presence the leaves dead

Are driven, like ghosts from an enchanter fleeing,

Yellow, and black, and pale, and hectic red

這是雙交，是交韻的正則，一般說交韻就是指的雙交。

還有一種叫單交，較為罕見，類似於中國傳統詩的押韻，只有偶數行押韻，奇數行不押韻，比如：

La Belle Dame sans Merci （節選）

O what can ail thee, knight-at-arms,

Alone and pale loitering?

The sedge has withered from the lake,

And no birds sing.

再比如：

When You Are Old（節選）

When you are old and grey and full of sleep,

And nodding by the fire, take down this book,

這是抱韻（十四行詩的正則）。

顧名思義，每三行一韻。

遙韻

也是顧名思義，隔著特別遠押韻（不止兩句），但是它的位置並不一定在每段的末句，比如：

The Truth About Horace（節選）

It is very aggravating

To hear the solemn prating

Of the fossils who are stating

That old Horace was a prude;

When we know that with the ladies

He was always raising Hades,

And with many an escapade

his
Best productions are imbued.

還有以上上三種形式相雜等等等。我們可以看到傳統的西洋詩實際上是相當古板的（比如商籟體的嚴格要求），一點不遜於中國古詩，但是近幾百年來全球都開始了無韻、無格律詩的發展（演變？），所以大家都對其產生了一定的錯誤認知，再次重複，英語詩中的押韻的詩相當相當的多！

短小的推薦莎翁的商籟體詩，絕堪英詩經典。

長些的推薦拜倫的《唐璜》，用的是義大利八行體，韻如abababcc。曾有學者提出，英語不像義大利語那樣容易押韻，寫源於義大利的八行體湊韻困難，迫使詩人使用一些陳詞濫調，反而帶來喜劇效果，可以刺激作者的喜劇想像力。
