我一開始被開頭吸引,慢慢感覺有點玄乎,似乎有點扯,但是看著看著,越來越覺得靠譜,看到最後,有點醍醐灌頂,一語驚醒夢中人的感覺,這個減肥方法簡直特么太牛逼了,難道這就是武林中傳說失傳已久的乾坤大挪移法。

I was so scared of gaining weight that it prohibited me to lose weight. Fear is what was holding me back.

So I studied and researched science, not weight lossguides, but actually scientific studies. Boring stuff, no pictures, big words I barely understood. It was so brilliant, so perfect. I went back, studied my relapses, saw where and when I saw the most progress. My own notes became my ultimate guide. I found out that the body must THINK it has unlimited energy, it must think that CARBS are it』s main source of energy and not fat and it must think the carbs are unlimited.We don』t want our body to think fat is it』s main source of fuel, then it uses it sparingly. The goal is to trick the body into thinking it has unlimited supply of power.

看到這點後,我突然靈光一現,我勒個去,佛祖顯靈了,這句話宛如一道閃電,抑或一束希望之光,直接蹦出來:

這句話是多麼的美妙啊,幾乎完美,然後,我開始研究我的每一次進入平台期,然後奔潰,墮落,恢復飲食,我研究我什麼時候減肥速度最快,我自己的減肥記錄本成了我的終極指南。

我發現,我回復飲食,攝入大量碳水化合物後,我的身體可能以為他有無限的能量來源,他認為碳水是主要的能量來源,不是脂肪,他肯定會認為碳水是取之不盡的。

我們之前一直不想讓我們的身體去認為脂肪才是能量來源,所以它使用起來非常節儉,不利於減脂肪,我們的目標是要欺騙身體,讓他覺得我們身體有取之不盡的能量,一直處於高速耗能狀態。

註:我們生活中的主要碳水化合物來源是,麵食,米飯,雜糧,糖,飲料等。

TheTrick: 欺騙身體

We eat carbs for a extended period to convince the bodyof this, over the normal amount to shockthe body. The body HAS to process these carbs, it has no choice…and when there is an extreme amount, the body ramps up the metabolism and burnsthem at a rapid rate. So it』s using energy at it』s maximum. This is good because if the body thinks it has unlimited supply of energy, then it will use the maximum amount of energy it can to perform as exceptional as possible so you can produce the best offspring. The body doesn"t settle, it always goes theoptimal route, always rises to the top. If it has unlimited energy, it will usethe most it can, so we trick the body into thinking this.

Then we flip the switch! The body still THINKSit has unlimited energy so it burns thefat as if it has unlimited energy. Imagine Mike Tyson punching a wall ofsemi-wet clay. We are tryingto have Mike hit with the other hand as we pull back our main hand. There isnever a lull, always burning fat at top speed.

RIGHT before it gets suspicious of whats going on, we hitit with an extremeamount of carbs (Mike』s fist).It then goes into shock, like a reflex it can』t control.This ramps up the metabolism to as highas it can go, using the maximum amount of energy it can. We』re constantlytricking it into burning the maximum amount of fat possible. By doing this wealso receive the most energy possible.

Final Thoughts. 終極思考

Going low carb for to long makes the body realize that fat is it』s maincurrency and not carbs, your metabolism will slow. Some it will slow more thanothers based on weight, age & sex. Carbs are a powerful weapon if used right, don』t hurtyourself with the weapon, use it smart, to your advantage. Use strategicroutines to accomplish this.

Your body is far from dumb. Even if it gets plenty of carbs, but notenough for it to be shocked, then it will know fat is the main fuel, and itknows exactly how much fat it has in the tank. When shocked with carbs however,it goes into a primitive mode, where it burns as fast as it can just to handlethe overload of carbs. It』s not so smart however to catch on to the switch fromcarbs to fats immediately, and still stays in rampant state.

To do this, you must eat a surplus of carbs for an extended period of timeto convince the body that carbs are the reserve, and that it has unlimitedamounts of energy. The body eventually catches on to even this and we have toshock it differently.Once the body hasn"t produced any excess fat in a longtime, regardless it will catch on.The only way is to shock the system byeating excess carbs and gaining some fat strategically. Once the body catcheson to your routine, you』ll have to switch it up. I either do 2 x a week shockfor a couple weeks, or I do the opposite and have 1 shock day in the 2 weeks,then 3 back to back shock days. The object is to get the body uncomfortable andalways alert.

The Formula: 執行方案

Week 1 -Two Shock Days & eat at Caloric Maintenance the otherdays w/ moderate carbs. 第一周,兩個嚇尿日,其他消脂日限制攝入碳水

Week 2: 第二周

Day 1: Workout Day -.6–1g per lb of carbs - Caloric Maintenance

第一天,鍛煉日,每磅0.6-1g碳水攝入量,卡路里適量。

Day 2: Workout Day-.6–1g per lb of carbs - Caloric Deficit

第二天,鍛煉日,每磅0.6-1g碳水攝入量,卡路里負平衡。

Day 3: Rest Day-50g』s of carbs max- Reverse Shock Day (1k below caloric maintenance.)

第三天,休息日,最多50g碳水,非嚇尿日,(攝入卡路里低於1000)

Day 4: Workout Day-.6–1g per lb of carbs - Caloric-Maintenance

Day 5 : Workout Day-.6–1g per lb of carbs - Caloric-Deficit

Day 7: Rest Day-2–3g of carbs per lb pound.- Shock Day(LOW FAT/LOWER PROTEIN! The goal here iscarbs, not calories. We do need to be at a surplus of at least 500 calories. Wewant to get to 2–3g of carbs per BW lb while keep calories at 500–1k abovemaintenance. Dextrose powder is good for this. Look for fast acting carbs withlean sources of protein. Protein at .3-.5g per lb.)

This is a basic formula. Some may need a shock day every other week forawhile and some may need 2 or 3 in a row. It all depends how your body isconditioned when entering this path. If you』ve done carbs for awhile, often,you may want to go with the plan above. If you haven』t had any carbs forawhile, do the exact opposite of this plan and have more surplus days thendeficits days. Remember that you really have to shock the body on Shock Day, ithas to get an extreme amount that it』s not used to. It』s not a 「cheat day」 or「refeed day」 as you commonly hear, this is a Shock Day. The difference is, youeat so many carbs that the body literally goes into shock, frantically burningas many carbs as it can as a survival mechanism. You eat carbs in the morningthrough the night, lower protein/fat. Eat a lot of carbs this day, as many asyou can handle. If you』ve never done a Shock Day, ease up, test it and seewhere your limits are.Everyone"s different, so just understand the situationand exploit it as much as you can.Keep in mind this is just the first two weeks… As theweeks progress you』ll need to incorporate refeed days and cheat mealsstrategically. No need to count calories, just consciously eat less on deficitdays and more on surplus days.

我覺得沒有必要按照他提供的方案去操作,最重要的是學會這個方法的原理,以後就可以隨心所欲,各種腦洞大開去使用啦。

這個理論,我的態度是支持的,因為他還解釋了我之前的很多疑惑,我覺得完全可以試試,說說我的原因吧,我有過平台期,然後嘗試正常吃,然後發現馬上打破平台期,體重下降很快,曾經有過好幾個人跟我說過這個現象,我找到了相關的聊天記錄。

下面第一位,她是一位進入平台很長時間,飽受困擾的女生,諮詢到我,問我該怎麼辦?我建議他正常吃一兩天,然後她正常吃幾天之後,回來給我報喜,說我是她的錦鯉,哈哈。

下面是第二位,諮詢我最近怎麼鍛煉,怎麼少吃都不掉秤了,因為他晚上一直不吃東西,我建議他晚上吃些食物,不要再挨餓了,然後他給我回復這個。

下面是第三位,20多天前,有人在知乎的留言,一開始我看到留言,也很疑惑,但是我還是結合我的經驗,想辦法給他解釋了一下,沒想到我的解釋基本符合此文的邏輯,其實好像我早就發現了這個牛逼的減肥法,只是我沒有寫出來罷了,哈哈。

這個原理真的解釋了很多問題。

1, 為什麼長期吃主食過量的人,一開始執行低碳飲食,效果非常好,後來慢慢就減肥速度就降下來了?

2, 為什麼進入平台期後,飲食正常吃一兩天後,打破平台期,體重下降又快了起來?

3, 為什麼長期低碳飲食的人,非常容易進入平台期?

我覺得有了這個方法,減肥可以各種腦洞大開。

此法簡直就是愛吃麵食,米飯的胖子們的福音啊,你可以好好吃一兩天麵食,然後再低碳一段時間,發現體重不下來了,再好好吃幾天主食,如此反覆,想不瘦都難啊(嚴肅捂臉偷笑)。

還有愛吃甜食,糖的同志們,也可以沒事過把嘴癮了,好好吃幾天甜食,接下來就不攝入碳水,坐等各種掉秤,眼看不掉秤了,然後再好好過把嘴癮,媽媽咪呀,Jesus Christ,大慈大悲的觀世音菩薩,這個世界要不要這麼美好。

有些女同志,經期低碳會導致量少,嚴重者會斷經,你完全可以在經期好好吃幾天碳水,經期結束後,斷掉碳水,等快要來的時候,慢慢恢復碳水,我不太了解女性的這個事情哦,不知道是不是這個理兒,說得對不對,你們應該比我懂。

為了加快消脂日燃燒脂肪的速度,你完全可以嘗試,零碳水,或者說斷食,那感覺是不是脂肪在分分鐘被燃燒殆盡。

我們很多人減肥,非常辛苦,體重好不容易下降幾天,馬上稱上數字不變了,進入瓶頸,還在傻傻的懷疑,是不是我鍛煉太少了,吃得太多了,是不是應該再吃少一點,然後你發現自己越來越吃力,體重還是不降,最後你放棄了,這個時候千萬不要放棄治療,完全可以嘗試下狠狠吃一兩天碳水化合物,增點肥無所謂,接下來就坐等掉秤吧。

其實啊,減肥和工作,生活是一樣一樣的,我們可以傻傻的,隨性的去減肥,工作,生活,但是往往會碰到很多難題,無法跨越的鴻溝,壁壘,如果沒有給你指點,你會很困擾,無從下手,不知所措,到處碰壁,走很多的歪路,但是如果有老司機帶你走,你知道了一些小技巧後,有時候你會豁然開朗,你真的會輕鬆很多。
