我也很好奇，到底是營銷宣傳還是真的

《比利戰爭》（《The Milligan Wars》）貌似確實沒出英文版。覺得很奇怪，就算美國不讓出，為什麼其他英語國家也不能出？而且維基都沒這本書的詞條，只在《24個比利》（《The Minds of Billy Milligan》）的詞條中提了句續集叫這個名字，1994年在日本出版。

傳說是只有中文繁體版、日文版、法文版，簡體中文的還是近段時間出版的
