升級win10後使用系統自帶「重置此電腦」功能，為什麼出現無限重啟、卡住不動等bug？

我在升級win10後想要重置電腦，恢復到純凈系統的狀態，正好win10有自帶的功能。但我看到在網上有很多人在使用了這個功能後出現了無限重啟、卡住不動、顯示INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE等情況。這下子我不敢用這個功能了……請問各位大神，很多人遇到了同樣的問題，這個功能是不是存在缺陷？這是否是微軟的問題？謝謝！

如果你手賤刪掉了windows.old或者windows_bt那個文件夾的話……就會……

聽著：手動破壞這兩個文件夾的後果是破壞Windows的滾動更新和恢復功能。如果你要刪掉它們，請務必通過系統提供的磁碟清理來刪掉，否則會讓你的系統失去【更新】和【恢復】能力，而不僅僅是回滾。

應該沒問題…很多人重置成功了啊…如果怕的話其實可以重裝的…

我也沒事重置了下，選的是清除C盤。然後win10把自己重置死了。

顯示inaccessible boot device 無限重啓。

而且重置非常慢，這個時間夠我格盤安裝3次系統了。我是MBR結構，全部裝在C盤。

剛才實驗解決了這個問題，原來是bios里的磁盤控制器引起的。

我重置前安裝時候是IDE模式。然後win10重置後可能驅動改成了
ahci
，導致 inaccessible boot device 無限重啓。解決辦法是改成
ahci
模式。

如果還重啓，可以弄個U盤引導到PE。用bootice修改win10系統的BCD文件。改成安全模式啓動。

重啓進入win10安全模式--設備管理器刪除磁盤驅動。然後msconfig--引導改成正常引導。再次重啓系統。win10就會根據磁盤控制器安裝IDE驅動或AHCI驅動。

截至當前, 微軟官方給出的恢復鏡像實際上是windows 8的, 而非windows 10. 所以如果按照官方文檔: 下載 -&> 解壓 -&> 複製到U盤 -&> 插入電腦 -&> 啟動 -&> 恢復或者重置. 這樣最終會顯示出錯的.

在微軟未釋出windows 10恢復鏡像前, 用戶仍然可以用windows 8恢復鏡像解決無限重啟問題INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.

(比如, Surface Pro的BIOS不提供更改啟動順序選項, 不用考慮改變啟動盤順序解決此問題)

When downloading, it is important that your USB flash drive is formatted in FAT32, to make sure that it is, just right click on the USB flash drive and click on format then select FAT32. This must be done before saving the image to the USB flash drive.

Also, after downloading the image, it will be in .zip file format. We will need to unzip it. To do so, please right click on the image and select unzip or extract. It will then change into multiple folders. Copy all those folders and transfer them into the USB flash drive.

However, after extracting, if it only shows one folder, please open that folder and then the contents inside it is what you should need to copy to your USB flash drive.

However, if the steps provided on the link above does not work out, you may refer to the steps below:

Make sure that Surface is shut down and plugged in.
Insert the USB recovery drive into the USB port on Surface.
Press and hold the volume-down button while you press and release the power button on your Surface.
When the Surface logo appears, release the volume-down button.
When prompted, select the language and keyboard layout you want.
Tap or click Troubleshoot, then tap or click Advanced Options, and then tap or click Command Prompt.

At the command prompt, type diskpart.exe and press Enter.

Type LIST DISK and press Enter.

Type SELECT DISK SYSTEM and press Enter.

Type CLEAN and press Enter.

Type EXIT and press Enter.

Close the Command Prompt by clicking the "X" in the upper right corner.

Tap or click Troubleshoot, and then tap or click Reset your PC.

If the customer is shown the UEFI screen, press Save Exit.

簡言之, 重要的步驟就是不要選擇重置或者刷新, 因為針對系統版本不一樣, 會出錯. 正確的做法是選擇高級選項 -&> 命令行提示, 然後運行diskpart.exe格掉硬碟重裝windows 8. 而後可以再決定是否升級windows 10.

已經卡了一個多小時了。

不說了我去想想靜靜。

事實證明沒有卡住，只是慢。。

現在重置成功了，正在開機。

整個重置過程花費四個小時。。

我想靜靜。

反正我的台式機想滾回win7去提示我恢復用的文件夾已經被刪了無法滾回。

千萬別重置啊，受害！inaccessible boot device

反正我就卡在99%了，最後自己重新裝了一個。
