各大投行是否有自己的「王牌分析師」？如果有，都是誰？

各大投行的「王牌分析師」都是誰？

國內外投行都可以說說，如果可以的話，還請老師們說說他們是怎樣成為「王牌」的？

I guess the standard for "王牌分析師" is whether or not everyone reads his/her reports.

From that perspective, 王牌分析師 is not really dependent on the company name.

(There are many independent research institutes besides big banks in the U.S.)

Instead, every sector/industry/product/currency should have 1 or 2 or 3 分析師 that are relatively "王牌".

And it"s not fair to compare industry analysts to Strategist/Economists, since reports from the latter would naturally have more influence than those from the former.

Also, different asset classes are completely different as to coverage division. Equity and Credit have industries/sectors for analysts to cover (And Equity has large cap/small cap, etc. credit has IG and HY as well). Commodity has products; Forex, well, has currencies= =..

As for how research analysts become influential, of course they have to be good. Contrary to what people think, research analysts from the sellside and the buyside talk to each other, a lot! And there are also many conferences/dinners/events for people to meet each other. Therefore, if you are actually good, very soon everyone would start following you.

It is like the big Vs on Weibo. Even the part that some people are full of bullshit is exactly the same.

中信、中金、國信、海通……等等大中型券商有，小一點的券商就比較少，甚至沒有。

大券商出去搶業務的時候，都會提到這個事情：「我們的研究部/研究所/分析師很有名氣，市場號召力強大，到時候幫你們推一些研究報告，對發行價格和後市走勢都有幫助。」

和Mary Meeker在互聯網公司上市中的作用差不多。

每年更新，類似國內的新財富排名，但是覆蓋全球

國內投行與國外不同，專指ipo、發債、財務顧問業務的證券公司的一個部門，所以與國外的投行能夠相提並論的應該是國內的證券公司。國內證券公司的王牌分析師在國內應該被稱之為首席經濟學家，一般在證券公司的研究所就職。當然國外投行部門發布的研究報告也是由國內證券公司研究所發布。

國內的投資銀行部門一般很少有研究部門（據本人了解也就幾個券商，主要做點後台支持，理論上來說投行研究與研究所研究差異還是蠻大，可惜都沒找到一個比較合適的生存空間），分析師這個稱謂在某些內資投行中用，一般屬於低級別員工與大部分國內投行用的經理、高級經理是一致的，所以也就沒有王牌分析師一說。

各個證券公司的首席經濟學家一般擔任研究所所長、副所長，名字可以百度，他們經常跳槽來跳槽去的，離職之後又有不同的人頂上，哈繼銘、高善文啥的很多，就不一一列名了。

看看新財富的排行就知道了。怎麼煉成的還真不清楚，我知道的一些人都是懂研究、會忽悠、善經營的能人。。。

呵呵……我是沒看到幾個？不做些「王牌」，你們會乖乖去買研報，去……唉，不說了。
