障礙介紹
BARBED WIRE CRAWL ——俄爾普斯之禁
參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
在鐵網下匍匐通過。(允許翻滾)
Crawl under the barbed wire. (Rolling IS allowed).
隨身攜帶物品/水壺必須攜帶通過,不得丟棄。
Packs / bottles must go through the barbed wire obstacle.
失敗判定(Failure Modes)
如果跳過此障礙或未攜帶隨身物品一起通過障礙,則取消成績。
Disqualification if they skip the obstacle, or do not carry their personal belongings through the obstacle.
除非障礙受到損壞無法從下方通過,才能從上方跨過。
Going over wire or cord that was designed to go under, unless obstacle has been damaged in a way to make it impractical to navigate otherwise.
這裡無法用波比跳替代通過此障礙。
There is no option to do burpees instead of this obstacle.

SPEAR THROW——勝利之矛
參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
一次投擲長矛的機會,必須插入人偶上(木製人偶或草人偶)。
One attempt to throw the spear and have it stick into the spearman (wood or hay).
長矛不能碰到地面。
The spear can not be touching the ground.
失敗判定(Failure Modes)
長矛未插入人偶或觸碰到地面。
Spear does not stick into the spearman or it is touching the ground.

Rope Climb——金蘋果的守護
參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
爬上繩子,搖響鈴鐺。
Climb the rope and ring the bell with your hand.
精英組只有一次機會。
Elite racers get one try.
攀爬時不允許使用其他設備。
No mechanical devices are allowed to aid with climbing the rope.
Men vs Women Difference? 男女規則不同?
部分賽事女性可以藉助繩結,男性不允許。
Some races have knots for women, no knots for men.

無法搖響鈴鐺。使用其他設備。
Not able to ring the bell. Using a mechanical aid.

Monkey bars——人猿泰山
參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
只能使用手或者手臂通過。腳不能觸碰地面或者杆子。
Swing from bar to bar using ONLY your arms/hands. Feet cannot touch the ground or the rungs.
參賽者不允許爬到障礙上方。精英組不允許幫助其他人。
Racers are not allowed on top of the obstacle. Elite racers are not allowed to help one another.
從第一根杆子出發時,腳可站立在地面(或有物品輔助站立),觸碰到最後一根杆子即為完成。
Start standing on the starting bar (or provided stand) and finish by touching the final bar.

腳碰到地面。
Feet touching the ground.
腳碰到杆子或高於頭。
Feet touching bars above head.

Multi-Rig——空中棧道
參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
使用懸掛的物件(吊環、杆子、繩子等)通過此障礙。
Cross the structure from start to finish using the hanging items (rings, bars, ropes, etc).
第一根杆子出發時,腳可站立在地面(或有物品輔助站立),觸碰到最後一根杆子或鈴鐺則算完成。(除了獨繩天梯,都可以使用腳碰鈴鐺)
Start standing on the starting bar (or provided stand) and finish by touching the final bar or bell. (We allow Kicking bell on every obstacle except rope climb.)
保持在同一列通過!
Stay in one lane!
失敗判定(Failure Modes)
掉落或無法通過此障礙。
Failure to cross the structure without falling to the ground.
使用除了懸掛物件(吊環、杆子、繩子等)其他物件通過障礙。
Using anything on the structure other than the hanging item(Rings, Pipes, Balls, Ropes, etc) .
用腿或腳協助通過障礙。
Using legs or feet to assist crossing the structure.

Hercules Hoist——海格力斯之臂
參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
拉繩子將重物拉到最上方;
Pull the rope to raise the weight until the knot or weight reaches the top.
慢慢放下重物,直到重物放到地面。不允許直接鬆掉繩子,讓重物落下;
Lower the weight slowly and under control, without releasing the rope, until weight reaches the ground. (no dropping the weight).
將腳放在柵欄低處或抵住柵欄來提供支撐;
Keep feet low on fence or against provided barrier!
精英組或競爭對手不允許互相幫助。
Elite/Competitive racers are not allowed to help each other.
Men vs Women Difference? 男女規則不同?
男子重量 40公斤 女子重量 20公斤 繩子長18米 粗25.4毫米

A-frame Cargo Climb——跨越屋脊
參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
身體朝前翻越網狀的屏障物。
Climb up and over the cargo net with front of body always facing toward the net.

Unable or unwilling to get up and over the cargo net.

參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
在指定的線路上搬運沙袋。
Carry the sandbag on the designated route.
精英組參賽者可能會搬運多個袋子。

Yes, generally different Weights.
男子22公斤 女子13公斤
失敗判定(Failure Modes)
不敢或無法完成搬運沙袋。
Not willing or able to complete the route with the sandbag.
破壞沙袋
Damaging or destroying the sand bag.

取消成績
Disqualification.
破壞沙袋會要求重新完成障礙或取消成績。
Damaging or destroying the sandbag requires repeat of obstacle or disqualification.
Bucket Brigade——神廟基石
參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
在桶內裝入定量的碎石,在規定的路線上搬運石桶。
Fill the bucket with gravel from the 「bin」 to a point above the holes or marked section in the bucket, and carrythe bucket along the prescribed route.
必須完成整條線路。
It is mandatory to complete the entire route.
返回時桶必須裝滿碎石,所以洞可以被石頭填滿。
The bucket must return filled so that all holes are covered with gravel.
建議裝滿桶,也允許石頭溢出桶。
It is advised to overfill the bucket to allow for settling.
不能使用肩膀、脖子、頭進行搬運。這會造成嚴重的傷害所以不允許。
Do not carry the bucket on or above your shoulders (e.g. neck or head). This can cause a serious injury and is not permitted.
返回時桶內碎石低於最低標準會要求參賽人重新完成障礙。
Buckets returned with a significantly low level of contents require the racer to complete the obstacle again.
工作人員/志願者開始時不會檢查你的桶,直到完成時決定是否通過時會檢查。
Staff/volunteers are not responsible for checking your buckets when you start the carry, only when you return to make a fail/no-fail decision.

女性會裝少一點碎石(一般桶的顏色會不同)
Yes, women fill buckets less (generally buckets are a different color).

沒有帶回裝夠碎石的桶到指定地點。
Not returning the bucket full to the specified line.
用肩膀、脖子、頭搬運。
Carrying the bucket on shoulders, neck, or head.
沒有把桶內石頭倒出到堆放地。
Not emptying the bucket into the bin.
失敗懲罰(Failure Penalty)
重新完成障礙,未完成則取消比賽資格。
Mandatory to complete race, disqualification if not completed.
未帶回足夠多的碎石,則重新完成障礙。
Returning with the bucket filled with rocks below the line of holes = Athlete must repeat obstacle.

Navigate and stay within the widths of the obstacle.
不準潛水

不再障礙範圍內,環繞通過。
Not staying within the widths of the obstacle, 「skirting」 the obstacle.
無法或不敢完成障礙。
Open Heat: Unwilling or unable to complete the obstacle
失敗懲罰(Failure Penalty)
環繞而過取消比賽成績。如果由於無意或被擁擠而環繞而過,可以返回重新完成障礙。
Disqualification for 「skirting」, Elite/Competitive Heat racer may backtrack and re-enter the obstacle properly if skirting was unintentional, or forced by congestion.

參賽須知(Racer Instructions)
只利用扶手通過牆並搖響鈴鐺。
Navigate the wall using only the handholds and ring the bell.
參賽者不允許使用牆體上沿和踩到地面。
Racers are not allowed to use the top of the wall or the ground.
精英組不允許互相幫助。
As in all obstacles, Elite racers are NOT allowed to help each other.
開始前參賽者允許使用結構和上沿來就位。起點的扶手木塊必須被使用。
Athletes are allowed to use the structure and top to position themselves on the beginning of the obstacle. The first hand block and the first foot block must be used when starting the traverse.
一旦手腳的四個木塊都被接觸了,參賽者被默認為開始,並不能更改或重新開始。
Once 4 points of contact are on the wall hand/foot-holds, the Athlete is considered 「committed」 and can NOT reset or restart.
