想系統地聽一聽英倫搖滾，應該怎麼做？

最近著名樂評網站Pitchfork發布了「英倫搖滾最佳專輯」：The 50 Best Britpop Albums，想要入門的樂迷是否可以參考一下？

「系統的英倫搖滾」是文字，不是音樂。媒體發明的這個詞兒。

英倫搖滾真的是個大命題，在下當年也是誤打誤撞進了這個門，並沒有「系統」的聽。我的英倫搖滾的啟蒙樂隊是Coldplay、Starsailors和Oasis。這三支樂隊的前兩張專輯都是經典，值得一聽再聽。

在英國，平均每天要誕生15支新樂隊，同時有10支樂隊解散（此句是玩笑...)。如果要系統的聽，我推薦按照Mercury的歷年獎項來尋找值得一聽的樂隊。Mercury（水星獎）是英國著名的音樂獎項，每年頒布一次，一般從入圍的英國本土十到十二支樂隊/歌手中選擇其中一支樂隊或一位歌手頒布獎項。該獎項傾向獎勵新人，但有時對「老人」青眼有加。通過Mercury獎可以大致了解英國音樂走向。比如04年以Franz Ferdinand得獎為代表，英國湧現出一大批後朋復興樂隊:Editors，Bloc Party，Kaiser Chiefs，The Horrors。而06年以Arctic Monkeys得獎為標誌，英國又湧現出一批車庫樂隊，比如Razorlight，The Emeny，The Pigeon Detectives，The Fratellis這樣輕快悅耳的英倫流行樂隊。

另外，說到英倫搖滾就繞不過幾座大山：Radiohead，Blur，Suede，Placebo，The Smiths，Pulp，Oasis....這些樂隊都出了不少專輯，有的樂隊如RH還經歷了巨大的風格轉型。我建議從精選集或單曲集開始聽，如果覺得不錯再從單張專輯入手。比如RH，就聽OK Computer，Blur聽Parklife,Suede聽Dog Man Star,Oasis聽(What"s the Story)Morning Glory?Pulp聽Different Class，聽完最經典專輯，再收其他專輯，可以對樂隊的風格發展有了解。

另外這幾年英國湧現出不少樂隊已經超過「英倫」概念，顯得更加國際化。不過這已經超過問題範圍了，就此打出。

P個S：如果把英倫搖滾從Beatles開始算起，這篇答案就會變成「英倫搖滾發展史」，對此我就力有不逮了。其實光是梳理從80年代末到現在的發展脈絡我都嚼著很恐怖...召喚某位達人來補完60年代至80年代這段歷史...

我當然知道嚴格意義上的Britpop應該是限於80年代末至90年代中期那一波樂隊。但Britpop不是從石頭中跳出來的：往前追溯，可至英倫入侵；往後展望，影響可及今天英國一大撥樂隊。所以別再糾結「Britpop是什麼」，聽就是了。

隨手一答引來眾多謬讚，感激不盡orz。

和菜頭說過：「粉絲講究時效性。」可惜當我接觸搖滾樂時，已經錯過britpop的高峰期：九十年代末出道的Coldplay從嚴格意義上說並不是britpop的一員，倒是受了britpop中吉他元素不少影響；當我購買到綠洲的第一張專輯Heathen Chemistry和Suede的第一張專輯A New Morning時，兩支樂隊已經走下坡路了（Suede的A New Morning風評太爛導致樂隊第一次解散T_T)。至於大規模接觸Britpop則是大學以後，這簡直是懷古了...

從「時效性」看，我算不上Britpop粉絲，但Britpop中的一大波樂隊的確是我的搖滾樂啟蒙者。我還記得98年的暑假，年少的我在「MTV學英語」中看著Oasis的All Around the World的霸氣MV時震驚的表情（沒錯，就是OoO這樣...)。我想眾多Britpop愛好者也有這樣的震驚時刻。

不知道什麼叫「系統的聽一聽」，按照我的習慣，根據年份排好，然後聽下去。

所謂的」年度最佳「，」史上最強「之類的，都是我自己瞎寫的，別當真。

所謂Brit-pop基本上就是1990年代那群英國音樂小報記者們炒作出來的概念，Blur與Oasis的口水戰就是他們忽悠出來的。因為正巧當時最紅火的那批樂隊水平都不錯（其實從1960年代以來一直都很不錯），這個稱呼便留了下來，實際上沒什麼太大意義。

如果說非要找的話，我贊同@丁勾說的，就直接看水星獎的榜單就行了。

九十年代 90s: Oasis/Blur （這倆聽起來了會慢慢發現別的那時候是最好的年代大大小小樂隊特別多推薦猜火車trainspotting原聲碟

嚴格意義上說，90年代以前其實是沒有「英倫搖滾」這個概念的。這篇文章比較系統地介紹了Britpop的發展源流和脈絡。

如果想要進一步了解英國搖滾（非Britpop ），個人認為以下幾個文中未提到的樂隊也是不容忽視的：Pink Floyd，Rolling Stones，The Who，Cream，Deep Purple，The Police。與題目沒什麼關係就不展開了。

我的經驗如下：

93年我在讀高二，Radiohead剛發了Pablo Honey，Suede發了同名專輯，我聽了，我喜歡了，我開始追這兩支樂隊了

94年我讀高三，Blur和Oasis為了推各自的新專輯口水大戰，我開始作為騎牆派同時聽他們的歌

95年左右，Britpop的分支new wave of new wave開始轟轟烈烈，帶來了Echobelly、S*M*A*S*H、Sleeper等等一批新朋克樂團，我開始四處收集他們的唱片

到了大學時候我基本上只聽英倫樂團，包括我最最最熱愛的The Smiths and Morrissey、Joy Division、James，My Bloody Valentine，還有那支有愛爾蘭血統的英倫團U2！以及4AD、Creation、Mute、Beggars Banquet這些主打英倫樂團的小廠牌。

當然整個英倫搖滾史上最著名的那些樂團也是我的喜愛，The Beatles Pink Floyd是我的最愛！

美國團當時我只聽Nirvana和Sonic Youth、Pixies三支。

最實用的方法是，打開蝦米或是last.fm,搜索英倫，並把所有標記為英倫風格的樂隊聽一遍。喜歡的樂隊講曲目收藏之或是下載下來反覆聽。對於英倫的經典樂隊或是當下流行的英倫網路也有介紹，你把那部分音樂重點聽一遍，多看看關於英倫的樂評，基本就很系統了。話說，現在質量優良的英倫樂隊越來越少，英倫部分，我已經無歌可聽了

英倫搖滾就是一個不被英國人承認的概念，其實就是英式流行搖滾。

只推薦一個樂隊：The Libertines

先把oasis，suede，radiohead消化掉，剩下的就慢慢聽吧，因為那些就是個人口味了

只說一些我聽的比較多而且在我感覺中算較有影響力的團，不僅限於英倫，還混有盯鞋迷幻之類。

大眾皆愛偏口水型 Oasis、Coldplay、Keane、Travis、Snow Patrol

妖嬈型 Suede

陰柔型 Placebo

騷氣型 Pulp

夢幻型 The smashing pumpkins

夢幻型(女) The Cranberries

迷離型 The Verve、Mansun

盯鞋 My Bloody Valentine、Ride、Slowdive、The Jesus and Mary Chain

老大爺型 U2、Echo the Bunnymen

搞不懂型 Radiohead

當然還有 Supergrass、Blur、Muse、Sleeper等等，而且每年都有一大群新近樂隊，聽的不多，不做評論。

音樂是很私人的事，不過我想以上總有一款適合你。

事實上這些樂隊已經貫穿了整個英式搖滾的萌芽、爆發、衰落、平緩的歷史進程。這些處於不同時代的樂隊也大致都是聽著上一時代的前輩們的音樂長大，風格和性情都飽受影響，所以可能在觀察不同的樂隊時能隱約看到別的樂隊的影子。

最後感嘆下，英國的搖滾氛圍太好啦。

題主把聽音樂描述成做功課一樣的事情令我原地反省自己平素聽歌的態度是不是不夠嚴肅……

隨性而聽啦，先聽比較火的比如Coldplay之類，然後慢慢深入。這個又不是軍事戰術，每個人套路不同啊。

我沒什麼英倫搖滾的概念。brit-pop就是一種扯淡。

如果非要提供什麼建議，那就是，凡是英國的搖滾你都聽就行了。

The Stone Roses

為什麼Travis總是被人遺忘！最喜歡的樂隊！強烈推薦！

作為brit-pop的死忠，我認為可以從以下入耳：

Oasis,Radiohead,Blur,Suede可以說是經典中的經典，英倫搖滾的代表，對於風格特點的理解至關重要。

Coldplay雖然很流行，但終究是繞不開的，建議聽下第一張專輯《Parachute》。

我比較推崇像Muse這樣的樂隊，將華麗做到極致，在英式搖滾中算是口味偏重的。

新晉樂隊方面可以聽聽現在正火的Pompeii。

最近記憶力衰退，恐有遺漏。

因為喜歡blur和oasis的原因，聽了不少所謂的英倫，最後的結論就是除了大眾最知曉的那些樂隊，其他的同質性非常嚴重，要不就是模仿，要不就是一堆男人無病呻吟。現在一直在聽的有oasis, blur, radiohead和the smiths。已放棄對英倫風格小眾樂隊的探索。小眾為何小眾是有原因的。

the kooks雖然平時打打醬油但是還算挺重要的 cast和space 兩支冷門也是可以嘗試一下的聽女聲的話 sleeper、elastic、scars on45也可嘗試
