iOS 開發者中的公司賬號與個人賬號之間有什麼區別？

蘋果對開發者主要分為3類：個人、組織（公司、企業）、教育機構。即：

1、個人（Individual）

2、組織（Organizations）

組織類又分為2個小類：

（1）公司（Company）

（2）企業（Enterprise）

3、教育機構（Educational Institutions）

我們經常最關注的是個人、公司、企業這3類，公司和企業都屬於「組織」大類，下面對這3個做下簡單對比：

1、個人（Individual）：

（1）費用：99美元一年

（2）App Store上架：是

（3）最大uuid支持數：100

（4）協作人數：1人（開發者自己）

說明：「個人」開發者可以申請升級「公司」，可以通過撥打蘋果公司客服電話（400 6701 855）來諮詢和辦理。

2、公司（Company）：

（1）費用：99美元一年

（2）App Store上架：是

（3）最大uuid支持數：100

（4）協作人數：多人

允許多個開發者進行協作開發，比個人多一些帳號管理的設置，可設置多個Apple ID，分4種管理級別的許可權。

說明：申請時需要填寫公司的鄧白氏編碼（DUNS Number）。

3、企業（Enterprise）

（1）費用：299美元一年

（2）App Store上架：否

即該賬號開發應用不能發布到App Store，只能企業內部應用。

（3）最大uuid支持數：不限制

（4）協作人數：多人

費用：299美元一年

說明：需要注意的是，企業賬號開發的應用不能上線App Store，適合那些不希望公開發布應用的企業。同樣，申請時也需要公司的鄧白氏編碼（DUNS Number）。

企業開發者不能通過appstore途徑發app，但是可以直接無上限的分發app（in-house 發布）

個人開發者可以通過appStore發布，同時有一些別的特權。

PS:我接觸到得大部分app都是個人開發者進行開發註冊，企業的很少。。而且感覺平時大家討論的時候也很少討論企業的賬號的一些問題。所以造成很多人不知道企業開發是咋回事。

個人開發者的介紹:Program Enrollment

一些第三方的安裝軟體有時候會通過用企業證書對app重新簽名的方式，讓用戶進行下載。

最主要的區別是非 App Store 的分發上限。

個人開發者一年最多為 100 台設備分發（移除設備無用，依舊算入配額，但每年續費的時候可以重置去年的設備），企業賬號沒有設備數限制。

企業開發者賬號年費 299 美元。

關於蘋果開發者賬號和個人開發者賬號之間的區別，蘋果官方在選擇會員資格 - 支持 - Apple Developer這個頁面里將開發者會員資格分為個人、組織和教育機構，並從多個方面分析了個人、公司、企業等賬號的區別，詳情如下圖所示。

③不需要填寫公司的鄧百氏編碼（ D-U-N-S Number）
④支持賬號下的 app 上線 App Store

2.公司賬號

① 費用：99 美元/年
② 允許多個開發者協作開發
③ 需要填寫公司的鄧百氏編碼（ D-U-N-S Number）
④ 該賬號下的 app 可上線至 App Store
⑤ 需要創建 Apple ID
3.企業賬號
① 費用：299 美元/年
② 允許多個開發者協作開發

③ 需要填寫公司的鄧百氏編碼（ D-U-N-S Number）
④ 該賬號下的 app 不能發布到 App Store 中
⑤ 需要創建 Apple ID

從以上內容可以看出，公司開發者賬號與個人開發者賬號的費用、是否需要Apple ID以及app能否上傳至App Store的許可權上是一致的，相對個人開發者賬號來說，公司開發者賬號的協作人數較多，但需要提供的信息也較多，比如上面提到的鄧百氏編碼。

另外，二者註冊時所需的內容也有所不同，總的來說，公司開發者賬號（即以組織身份註冊）所需的內容較多。

具體來說，註冊時的信息填寫頁面也有所不同。

個人開發者賬號的信息填寫頁面只需填寫個人信息

而公司開發者賬號的信息填寫頁面中填寫的信息分為兩類：
【Authority to Sign Legal Agreements】部分有兩個選項，如果你是公司所有者，可以選擇第一項，需要填寫公司相關信息。

如果你是公司授權人，則需要選擇第二項。而兩者的區別是，選擇第二項不僅需要填寫公司的信息，還需填寫授權人的個人信息。

開發者賬號分為個人(individual)，公司(company)，企業(enterprise)三種類型。個人賬號只能有一個開發者，公司賬號可以允許多個開發者協作開發（比如可以共享開發平台等，這個對於需要多人協作開發的好處很多）。企業賬號，其app只能用於內部員工使用，是無法對外公開的，所以，普通情況下大家都是選擇個人或者公司賬號。對於我們來說，選擇99刀的公司（company）賬號就可以了。

樓主說的是公司賬戶跟個人賬戶吧。公司賬戶就是可以加多個開發者的咯。。都是99美元的。企業賬戶是299美元的。

蘋果企業證書被撤銷,我該如何恢復？收到兩封郵件，1個是：Your iOS Development Program has been revoked，另一封是：主題是：Notice of Termination,內容如下：

Hello ***,

This letter serves as notice of termination of the Apple Developer Enterprise Program License Agreement (the 「ADEP Agreement」) and the Apple Developer Agreement (the 「Developer Agreement」) between You and Apple Inc. (「Apple」), effective immediately. Defined terms used herein have the same meaning as in the ADEP Agreement.

Pursuant to the ADEP Agreement, You agreed that You would not distribute or update Your Internal Use Applications beyond the limited uses set forth in Section 2.1. Apple has good reason to believe that You violated this Section by posting or updating Your Internal Use Application in an unauthorized manner (e.g., posting it on a public website in violation of the terms of the ADEP Agreement).

Apple may terminate Your status as an Apple Developer at any time in its sole discretion and may terminate You upon notice under the ADEP Agreement for misleading, fraudulent, improper, unlawful or dishonest acts relating to that agreement. We would like to remind You of Your obligations with regard to all software and other Apple Confidential Information that You obtained from Apple as an Apple Developer and under the ADEP Agreement. You must promptly cease all use of and destroy such materials and comply with all the other termination obligations set forth in Section 11.3 of the ADEP Agreement and Section 10 of the Developer Agreement.

This letter is not intended to be a complete statement of the facts regarding this matter, and nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies Apple may have, all of which are hereby reserved. Finally, please note that we will deny Your reapplication to the Apple Developer Enterprise Program for at least a year considering the nature of Your acts.
