首先，麻瓜指的是沒有魔法才能的人，赫敏是巫師而不是麻瓜。

然後，題主的問題原意應該是「想赫敏一樣麻瓜出身的巫師」是怎麼考取魔法學校的。

回答：他們不需要考取。每個具有魔法才能的小巫師在適合入學的年齡會收到魔法學校的貓頭鷹。也就是說他們不知道魔法世界的存在，但是魔法世界知道他們的存在。

霍格沃茲會給有巫師才能的人發入學通知，可以說入學並沒有考試，就好像哈利收到通知之前完全不知道，湯姆里德爾在被校長找到前也什麼都不知道。
