摩根士丹利的實習月工資有 4W 之高？

我有個朋友說，他的同學在美國上的大學，目前在摩根士丹利實習，實習工資是4W（人民幣還是美元倒是沒說）。我表示震驚了，請問這是真的嗎？

It"s a simple math question.

For an intern, let"s assume the hourly pay is $20 and the intern works 40 hours per week.

We will get $800 per week ($20*40).

Usually the summer internship lasts for 10 weeks.

Then we will have $8000 ($800*10)

Take the FX rate as 6.3

We have RMB50400 (8000*6.3)

In reality, the hourly pay could be much higher than $20 per hour and in investment banks the overtime is very common. Working in IBD often requires 80 hours per week. For the OT, you are usually paid 1.5* the hourly pay, that could boost your income at the end.

As always, working in investment banks such as MS demands a lot of time and efforts. We should focus on the people"s strong willingness to contribute and invest for his future life instead of the money itself.

應該是真的。高中校友是北大光華管理學院的學生，在UBS的暑期實習就是一個月4萬RMB。因此估計MS也應該差不多。

摩根斯坦利在上海的信息技術部門招聘的暑期實習生，月薪是3500RMB左右，但是提供條件很好的住宿（服務式公寓）。

摩根大通並沒有透露實習生的薪資，但是在第一年試用期間，他們的薪資在85000美元左右（約人民幣54萬元）。

現在的價格應該都有所上升。明年暑假的實習，香港某投行給我開了 7 萬港幣／月加住宿等等。。。

在美國諮詢公司實習，每小時31刀。如果不加班的話，也就是5000刀一個月。

匿了。剛拿到這個暑假香港某一線投行暑假實習的offer。給我的協議上寫著按年薪47萬港幣算。這樣算下來一個月不到4萬港幣3萬人民幣的樣子。

剛拿到jpm hk summer，50k hkd per month，包住包來回機票。
