紫葉天葵（紅鳳菜/紫背菜）是否有毒？
有文章說紫葉天葵有毒，但這是我們這一種很常見的蔬菜，一兩餐肯定沒問題，長期吃呢？含吡咯里西啶類生物鹼會有什麼影響？
有毒。
最近幾天都在食用，突然想起這類野菜不常吃會不會有毒，於是簡單的搜索看見：
中科院植物研究所的博士劉夙在微博上稱，血皮菜含有吡咯里西啶生物鹼，具有肝毒性，建議大家不要食用這種野菜。
於是進一步查證得到：
Gynura bicolor (Roxb. ex Willd.) DC. (syn. Caca-
lia bicolor Rox. ex Willd.) [Chin.: Guan yin xian]... The plant contains the toxic alkaloids integerrimine(53),
nilgirine (59),usaramine (52),retrorsine (51), and hydro-
xyintegerrimine and the nontoxic alkaloids petasinine (36)
and macrophylline (37) [118]. Due to its toxic components this plant should not be used [1]·
紫葉天葵...…這種植物含有吡咯里西啶類生物鹼……因此這種植物不應作藥用或食用 [1]。
Herbal remedies containing PAs can induce liver damage, including hepato- sinusoidal obstruction syndrome or veno-occlusive disease. Preventing overdose and monitoring long-term use of such remedies may avoid glutathione depletion leading to mitochondrial injury, and therefore avoid liver cell damage. Moreover, immediately stopping the herbal medication prevents further harm to the liver. Chronic consumption of hepatotoxicants can lead to cancer formation and promotion. The role of active metabolites in PA-induced liver toxicity and their mechanism of action require further investigation [2].
含有吡咯里西啶類生物鹼的植物能造成肝損傷……立即停止使用能防止進一步對肝臟的傷害。肝毒性物質的慢性攝入能導致肝癌 [2]。
