I. 定義，什麼是Extreme Pornography?

Sections 63 to 67 of the Act make it an offence to possess pornographic images that depict acts which threaten a person"s life; acts which result in or are likely to result in serious injury to a person"s anus, breasts or genitals; bestiality; or necrophilia. They also provide for the exclusion of classified films etc. and set out defences and the penalties for the offence.

II. 舉證義務在檢方:

For an offence contrary to section 63 of the Act the prosecution has to prove:

That the image is pornographic; and

That the image is extreme namely grossly offensive, disgusting, or otherwise of an obscene character; and

That the image portrays in an explicit and realistic way any of the extreme acts set out in section 63(7).

III. 處罰措施：

a.最高判三年監禁。

Possession of extreme pornographic images is an either way offence and the maximum penalty for possession of extreme pornographic images for an act which threatens a person"s life or an act which results in or is likely to result in serious injury on indictment is three years" imprisonment.

b.小黃圖當然是要沒收的。

The existing powers of forfeiture under section 143 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 will apply to prohibited images.

(a)falls within subsection (7), and

大概三個條件，缺一不可：

1.威脅生命；導致或者可能導致對於肛門、乳房、生殖器的嚴重損害；奸屍；口交或性交動物；

2.一個理智的人看到圖片會認為這是真的

3.嚴重侵犯、噁心、下流人格

所以數量不重要，關鍵是口味太重，會讓理智的人誤以為是真的

三方面，一個是否合法製品，一個是用途，是否用於違法活動，一個是內容，是否涉及兒童色情，有些國家不許出現虐待、亂倫、獸交等內容，因為牽涉到虐待動物婦女等，都是違反人權，有失人道的。英國今年已有獸交違法的報道。唉，中國的法制，路還長。

ps:幾年前發這個評論，當時想表達的是1、正版合法的A片在英、荷、德等國家是可以流通，當然也可以過關。2、被逮捕可能涉違多條禁止性法律，如我提到的特俗和兒童色情等。3、引申為：西方即便是在性權利絕對自由、色情作品法制化管控、性解放改革後30年的今天，對違反人權、人道等色情觀念和作品也是控制著底線的。這個沒說清楚。請看評論的公民們不要糾結。知乎里重要的是發表看法、給予建議，而不是糾「錯」和建議者辯駁。4、法制問題請意會

前段時間英國不是出一個條例，任何重口味porn都是違法的么。就連在國際其他國家合法的輕度SM，sp在英國都是違法的，所以這個所謂重口味，大家就自己理解吧，怎麼感覺有一種欲加之罪何患無辭的感覺

萬一是個心理變態，容易有犯罪歷史或者犯罪傾向，或者搞一個重口味心理研究等等
